" come on monkey boy" i hear kiri yell out. i run infront of the group. we were going exploring today. it was me kiri, spider, loak, and tuk. jake, neytri and neteyam had to do something's today so is kids just did our own thing.
" guys wait for me!" tuk yells as she falls behind the big group of teenagers. i love tuk and i try and keep her included with all of us.
we start following a trail and it's filled with flowers and trees. me and tuk bend down to a flower and when we put our hands close to it it moves in sync with our hands. tuk laughs as ur sucks up her hand and i let out a chuckle. tuk was the sweetest thing and loved being around her. she was like a sister to me. i'm the only child so when i get to be around the sullys they are like siblings to me.
" guys keep up!" loak yells at me and tuk. i let out a annoyed sigh because i don't know why he's bossing us around. we get up and walk with the group.
" okay okay" tuk says as she walks behind spider.
" why did you bring Tuk anyway" spider asks as we make a stop and loak turns around.
"she's such a cry baby. she's all " i'm telling, your not supposed to go to the battle field, i'll tell mom if you don't let me come."" loak says as he mocks his little sister. tuk just sticks her tongue out at him. me and kiri let out a laugh.
" loak be nice to your sister" i remind him and he just rolls his eyes and we keep on walking. we arrive to a abandoned ship. there was old vines all around it.
" is there any dead bodies up there?" tuk asks. i look at her and smile and i start climb up there and look around. there's a skeleton with a bunch of leaves on it. i take some of the leaves off and i see clothing on the skelton. there was bunch of holes and it looked really old and very dirty.
" hey i found something." i hear spider say and we climb out and i see him crouched down next to a mud puddle.
" these arnt ours" spider says. i get closer and i see big avatar footprints. but we didn't make those footprints.
" we're always supposed to be home by eclipse." tuk reminds us. we know the rules but we need to figure out where these came from.
" these are to big for humans" loak says ignoring his little sister.
" no shit" i say and he looks at me and rolls his eyes.
" don't be a smart ass Iris" loak says.
" then don't state the obvious dumbass" i say and walk over to tuk.
" we'll go home soon okay?" she looks at me and nods and gives me a smile. then loak and spider get up and follow the trial of avatar footprints.
" what are you doing?" kiri asks her stupid brother.
" shh im tracking" he replies. i look at kiri and she looks back at me and i mouth " stupid" she covers her laugh with her hand.
we start to follow the boys and the trail leaves us to the old shack. jake told us we could never come here it wasn't safe. jake fought spiders father here and i heard alot of stories from neytri about what happened. i was the only one that knew the details because i was old enough to and she didn't want to worry her kids.
" loak your father said for us not to come here it's not safe." i grab loaks shoudker for him to look at me. i gave him pleading eyes. he knows to listen to me but he's just like his father and he likes to walk on thin ice.
" it's fine Iris" he says as he squats down behind the bushes and we all follow him.
" we are never supposed to be here" kiri whispers.
