Y/N's POV:I was sitting in front of the lake with my sword laying beside me. I'm still trying to find peace with myself...with the world...with the fact I'm stuck here. The sound of the waves,air making the leaves and bushes move,and birds chirping is calming me. I let my yes shut as I laid down. No matter what I can't feel like...there's another clone of black and Zamasu out there with the same obsessive behavior looking for me which terrifies me. My body was shaking so I opened my eyes and got up looking at my fist that I opened to see I made myself bleed. Just the thought of them makes me scared.
Getting up I decided to walk around...maybe go buy some flower for Mai. Walking around town the sound of their laughter,talking,humming,and also whispers comfort me so that made me smile. The bell rang. "Hello sir! If you need any help please do ask!" I nodded as I skimmed through the flowers. My eyes stopped on F/F,they were my favorite type of flowers and are in perfect condition! Picking up the bouquet I went to the cashier but waited in line. I made eye contact with a little girl so I made a silly face making her giggle. "You funny mister!" "Why thank you" "Mama! I made a new friend!" The little girl's mom looked at me smiling.
"Hello,seems like my daughter likes you" "Mhm. You have a beautiful daughter ma'am,she looks just as beautiful as her mother" "aww thank you. I'm Amai this little one is ayano" "I'm Y/n" soon she paid and then I paid after. We walked together talking but I also held Ayano,she loved my sword so once we sat at a lake bench I let her trace the Sword's cover with an 'awe' on her face. "She loves weapons" "is that so?" "Mhm she got it from me" "is it alright for me to ask where her father is? I'm sorry if it's sensitive"
She sighed and smiled. "No no it's alright,I actually adopted her" "Oh wow,she's still as beautiful as you ma'am" "Aw thank you!" I ended up walking her home,gave her my number while carrying Ayano who was asleep but she took her. "See you soon Amai" "you to Y/N" she waved and smiled as she shut the door. I smiled as I walked home,it was sunset so I guess I spent a lot of time with Amai. She's so sweet and kind and her daughter the most angelic girl I've met.
"Mai I'm home!" "Y/N! I was so worried where were you!?" I chuckled as I cut the stems of the flowers at an angle to let water go in the flower as I put them in a vase. "I was getting flowers,then I met a women and her daughter. She's Amai and her daughter is Ayano. We're gonna met again soon. It's gonna be at a cafe as Ayano joins us. Their both beautiful but you'd be surprised to find out that Ayano is adopted!" I saw Mai had a look on her face that I've never seen.
"What's wrong Mai?" "Nothing...just worried for you" I just nodded my head as I made food. Completely forgetting my worries that I had earlier.
