Tears ran down Trellis's face as he looked at the photo.
Lyra is definitely Riva... 5:00? Meeting? Photos of Max and Riva making out? Why... why would Riva hide secrets from me...? Wait... uh-oh... footsteps!
Trellis dropped the photo and scurried into a closet.
Riva.
"Ugh... I just can't find any more photos!" Riva sighed.
"What am I gonna do? Go empty-handed? No... I can't do that..."
Riva walked toward the shelf trying to find more photos. She pulled out a bunch of books and stacked them on the desk. She dug even farther into the shelf. Still no photo.
"Ah-ha!" Riva said pulling out a photo album.
"Here it is!" She ripped off the photograph from the page and looked at it.
Tears ran down her face as she tried to ignore it.
*sniff-sniff*
Riva flipped it upside down and put it on her desk. "I'll see you tomorrow... Max"
