Makayla pov

I've been here for three months and I've gotten used to it here. Santo still isn't very nice to me and he hits me when I do something wrong or I don't clean the house the way he likes it. I haven't told Jacob that he hits me because I don't see a point in it.

I most of the time have the bruises covered up but sometimes they still show and Jacob asks me about them. I just lie and say I tripped or something like that and he believed it because I'm very clumsy.

Jacob is still nice to me and we've definitely gotten closer he's always checking up on me to make sure I'm ok. Santo hasn't tried to have sex with me which is very surprising. He still touches me but never has sex with me which I don't mind.

Right now I'm washing the dishes while Jacob and Santo are out. I've thought about trying to get away but I always stop and think about what Jacob told me when he first brought me here.

I was brought out of my thoughts when I heard Jacob and Santo come inside and shut the door. Jacob walked into the kitchen and smiled at me while putting the groceries away. I gave him a small smile and continued washing the dishes.

Santo: Makayla once you're done washing the dishes I want you to come into the living room me and Jacob have something to give you. Santo says walking into the kitchen.

Makayla: yes daddy I'm almost done washing the dishes.

Santo: ok. He says walking out of the kitchen.

Jacob: I'll be in the living room waiting for you. Jacob says walking out of the kitchen.

I finished washing the dishes and grabbed a rag and dried my hands off. I quickly dried the dishes off and put them away. I walked into the living room and sat down and waited for them to talk to me.

Santo: I didn't want to get you this but Jacob said you should have one in case of an emergency. He says grabbing a gift bag and handing it to me. I look at them confused.

Jacob: go on open it. He says smiling.

I reach into the bag and pull out a box and look at it. A phone? I think to myself. I look at them and smile a little.

Jacob: there's something else in there. He says encouraging me to look in the bag.

I look in the bag and reach in it and grab the box and look at it and see a blue glitter phone case.

Makayla: thank you. I say looking at them and giving them a small smile.

Santo: I'll be going through that phone so you better not think of doing anything. He says giving me a stern look.

Makayla: yes daddy I won't do anything bad.

Santo: I'll be back tomorrow and Jacob will be here to watch you so be good for him. Santo says getting up.

Makayla: yes daddy but where are you going? I ask looking at him.

Santo: didn't I tell you not to ask me questions like that?

Makayla: yes daddy I'm sorry. I say looking down.

Santo: I'm not mad but don't do it again or you will be punished. He says grabbing my chin and making me look up at him.

Makayla: ok.

Santo: be good while I'm gone. He says kissing me and walking outside.

I breathe out a breath I didn't even realize I was holding in. I look at my new phone and smile and take it out of the box and turn it on.

Jacob: are you ok. He asks while getting up and sitting down beside me.

Makayla: yea I'm fine but can I ask you something... I ask looking at him nervously.

Jacob: yea sure. He says looking at me and giving me a reassuring smile.

Makayla: so if I was ready to um lose my virginity would you be my first? I ask looking away from him and fidgeting with my fingers.

Jacob: are you ready to lose your virginity is that why you're asking?

Makayla: I just want to know when I'm ready....and I know you guys will never let me leave and I'd rather lose it to you than to Santo.

Jacob: ok well when you're ready then you can come tell me and I'll be your first. He says smiling at me.

Makayla: ok I will. I say smiling at him.

Jacob: ok well I have some stuff to work on so I'll be upstairs in my room if you need me. He says getting up and walking upstairs.
