Makayla pov
I finished washing the dishes. I walked upstairs to Santo's room and knocked on his door. I heard some moving around and then heard him open the door.

Makayla: I finished the dishes and I was wondering if I could get in the shower.

Santo: I don't care but don't take forever just shower and get out.

Makayla: but I need to shave as well.

Santo: I don't care you better be quick about it.

Makayla: yes Daddy, can I go shower now? I ask looking down.

Santo: go and hurry up.

I walk away from him and walk into the bathroom and shut the door. I didn't lock the door because Santo doesn't like when I lock it. I get undressed and grabbed my shaving cream and razor. I quickly shave everything but make sure I'm being careful.

I got in the shower and quickly washed my hair and body. I got out of the shower and dried off and dried my hair. I wrapped the towel around me and walked out of the bathroom and knocked on his door. He opened the door and looked at me annoyed.

Makayla: I have to get dressed...I say nervously.

Santo: hurry up and get dressed you have laundry to do.

Makayla: yes daddy.

He moves out of the way and I walk into the room and walk over to the dresser and pick out a pair of pants and a shirt. I quickly get dressed and brush my hair and put it up in a ponytail.

Santo: my dirty clothes are in my laundry basket and once you're done putting the first clothes in the washer then you need to clean the bathrooms. He says sitting on his bed.

Makayla: yes daddy.

I grab his laundry basket and walk out of his room and walk downstairs. I walked into the laundry room and put his clothes in the washer and put the detergent in the washer. I closed the lid and start the machine.

Jacob pov
I walked into the house and shut and lock the door. I walked upstairs into my room and set everything down. I grabbed the pregnancy and walked out of my room and walked downstairs.

Jacob: Makayla? I say walking into the bathroom.

Makayla: yes? She asks looking at me.

Jacob: I was looking for you but anyway I have the pregnancy test. I say shutting the door and locking it.

Makayla: what if I am Santo is going to kill me if I am. She says taking the pregnancy test.

Jacob: we're leaving tonight so if you are it's ok. I say reassuring her.

She pulls her pants and underwear down and sits down on the toilet and pees on the stick. She wipes herself and pulls her pants and underwear back up and flushes the toilet. She puts the pregnancy test back in the box and looks at me nervously.

Jacob: it's ok if you are I promise everything will be ok. I say giving her a small smile.

She sets a timer and sits on the sink counter. The timer went off and she looked at me nervously. I grabbed the pregnancy test and looked at it. I looked at her and didn't say anything.

Makayla: what! What does it say? She asks starting to freak out.

Jacob: it's positive...I say handing it to her.

She looks at it and starts crying. I hug her but she pushes me away and covers her face crying. I look down and don't say anything.

Makayla: I can't be pregnant I don't even know whose baby it is.

Jacob: it's ok I promise we're leaving tonight and even if it's Santos baby I'll treat it like it's mine.

She gets up and hugs me extremely tight and cries Into my chest. I hold her until she calms down and stops crying. She looks up at me with teary eyes and kisses me.

Makayla: I want to leave tonight you promise me we'll leave tonight.

Jacob: I promise. I say smiling and kissing her.

Makayla: ok I have to get back to cleaning the bathroom now. She says letting go of me.

Jacob: ok I have to go talk to Santo. I say and walk out of the bathroom.
