During a mission Sam and Dean were fighting with a Demon, but the demon managed to get away, instead of going else where he showed up at your apartment.
The demon captured you to get back at Sam, the demon leading him to a run down house. Sam quickly ran inside as he heard your screams, knowing you were in danger. He got to you as fast as he could, seeing you tied up to a chair with duct tape over your mouth, blood dripping from your head.
