As we walked into room 56 for History my old best friend (Hannah) approached us. "Hey (Y/N)... Do you mind if I um sit with you for history. Since Jenna And that are skipping class." She smiled then looked to the floor. "is she one of your friends?" Leondre whispered in my ear "She was my best friend until she left because I was getting bullied" I whispered and took a deep breath. Just as I was about to talk Leondre nudged me " I'm sorry, wait what's your name?" I chuckled. "My name is Hannah." She rolled her eyes "Well, Hannah. I'm sorry but (Y/N) is sitting with me and not people who will just use her." Leondre looked at me and grabbed my arm. "I'm not using her, I was wanting to talk to her about how sorry I am for being a douche. I screwed up. And I'm sorry (Y/N)." She raised her voice and grabbed my other arm "how do I know that you're not lying, like you did last time, remember when you said you would stay and help me through all this? But you left me, alone I had nobody" I felt my eyes tear up I looked around and the whole class were sitting there, gazing at us. "(Y/N) I will do anything to get your friendship back, just please. Try think about it" she smiled and looked over at Leondre. I whispered so only she could hear "it's going to take time for me to think about trusting you and being my friend again". " I don't care how long it takes! The reason I stopped being friends with you is because they threatened me! I'm so sorry (Y/N) I was an idiot I shouldn't let them get to me. I shouldn't have left because people turning on me! You were the most important thing that's came into my life. I get it if you don't want to be friends, okay? " she smiled at me as I walked to my desk and sat beside Leondre. Hannah sat infront of us.
I started to talk to Leondre. "Are you going to be friends with her?" Leondre asked concerned " I just don't know, I might give her a second chance" I smiled at him. About 5 minutes later the teacher walked in " I'm sorry I'm late class, today we're going to watch a movie. The boy in the striped pyjamas" she took a seat. "I cry at this movie all the time" I put my head in my arms for a second the looked up " don't worry... I do too" Leondre nudged me. We never finished the movie because the bell rang half way through it.

In the corridor Hannah caught up with me and Leondre "hey, have you thought about things yet?" She questioned. "Okay, I'll give you one more chance" I sighed. "Leondre what's up?" I asked, He looked sad and distracted . "(Y/N), can I talk to you in private?" He asked as we walked off. "Leondre, what's up?" I was concerned,I didn't want him being hurt "It's just.. Never-mind" he looked at the ground and began to walk off. "No Leondre, tell me" I grabbed his shoulder. "Well in my last school when I made a friend" he paused and took a deep breath ".. Well it was really hard because of the bullies they didn't like me having friends. And my friend fell out with his best friend and a few weeks later they were friends again, he said he wouldn't leave me. But he did, he left me all by myself. Then he became like the bullies." " and you're afraid I will do that too..." I looked at the ground" "I know I've only know you for like a hour but I still care about you! I only have like two friends. You and Charlie." He began to tear up. "Leondre, do you think I'm that stupid? Why would I want to leave someone as good as you? I had no one and you offered to be my friend and that is one of the kindest things someone has done for me! If Hannah tries to get me away from you I will get away from her and not you" I said as Leondre pulled me in for a hug. We realised we were late for Geography since we had been talking "Hey.. Let's just skip it?" I laughed Leondre agreed as we decided to walk around but we had to keep an eye out for the teachers.
