My eyes fluttered open to see the black and dark read ceiling above me.

Today's the day.

When I looked over, though, Chaz was no longer by my side. Not really like I cared. I sat up stretching and get up to walk to the bathroom.

"Chaz, you in there?" I asked knocking on the closed door. When I got no answer I headed in to fresh myself up.

Though, I'm pretty sure I just used that as an excuse to linger around and put off the inevitable.

Once I finally got the courage to leave my room, I did. Walking around the house, other than father's workers, it was almost lifeless.

Surly more of us would be up by now.

As if my thoughts summoned them, Moxxie and Millie called out from behind me. "Y/n!" Moxxie chirped in relief when he finally got to me. "Okay. Let's get this done so we can come up with a plan to get you out of here." He told me in a hushed tone.

"Wha- no Mox. I can't leave, not again. Who knows what he'll do when he finds out." I protested.

"What, but-" He was cut off by one of father's workers.

"Right this way people, Don't want to keep Crimson waiting." He said hearding us into the dining room.

Once we got in I saw that Chaz was already getting seated next to father, who was puffing another cigar. Just waiting.

Apon entering the room we realized someone was gone. Millie was the first to point it out. "Uh, where's Blitzø?"

Chaz answered immediately, "I saw him outside. I think he said something about needing fresh air." He mimicked our boss's voice.

"Why don't you grab him so we can get moving?" I had his eyes dead set on Millie, telling her she was going to be the one to go.

She nodded with a less than pleasant look on her face. "Okay. Be right back baby" she turned to kiss Moxxie on his cheek. She gave me a look as she left, telling me to be careful with er eyes.

Once the door shut behind us Father gave us a grim smile. "What'cha looking so down in the bumps for Mox? It's your siblings big day." He looked over to me. "Why Don't you come over and sit with us sweetness?" He pointed to the char next to Chaz, then the one next to him, "you too kid." He directed it to Moxxie.

"Glad the family is reunited again, how are we feeling? This is a wedding day, best day of your life, right?" He kept running his mouth.

Everyone fell silent before Moxxie spoke up, looking at me, then glaring to dad. "They're not going to do it." He said blankly.

"..what?" Father scowled to him, but he was staring into my soul.

"I said they are NOT going to get married to Chaz." He restated.

"Moxxie!" I yelled at him through my gritted teeth. "Don't speak for me."

He completely ignored me, eyes glowing furiously at Father. "They're not going through with this. I won't let them. The only reason they're agreeing to this is because they're scared of you and you're deceiving, disgusting, abusive antics. We've spent our whole lives being afraid of you, but I won't let you take y/n from the only good thing she has since she left this shit hole!" He went on, slamming his fist on the table.
