Wave Is a hard-boiled Meicoomon that wants to become stronger to protect her friends. She's currently living with Vei and his family for a time being, due to needing a place to stay that Isn't always In the abandoned buildings of Lumiose City. After winning a rotation battle against Vei, Wave has become the member of the Shinigami and Is looking to become even stronger. She Digivolved Into a Meicoomon after showing her true feelings to Satomi, when she was rescued from a wild Pokémon attack.
Before she was taken In by Kassai, Wave lived In a peaceful life with her parents. That Is, until her Father caught a disease that landed him In the Hospital. Wave begged her Mother to find a cure, but her Mother retaliated with a ton of attacks on her Instead, leaving her wounded and abandoned. To make matters worse, the Doctors were unable to save Wave's Father and he passed away. Despite all of her actions, she wasn't able to convince her Mother to come back and has been left without a Father or parental figure to look after her. However, that all changed when she was found by Kassai. He took her over his form to become stronger and starting to become an Important Digimon one day. While her abilities In battle aren't up to preparation, she's pushing herself out to get better at her fighting by watching many battles of other strong Digimon on TV. Feeling Inspired by the exposure of battles, Wave Is destined to find a place In this region where she can be accepted. What will be Installed In her Is everyone's guess.
