the death !

It had been about 3 days after the news, which meant (according to the doctors and tests) that Nick's death was getting closer and closer. Karl and Nick had been enjoying their last days together, they spent the day gossiping and talking about random things; they even made a "mini diary" where they wrote down all their good memories together! This would probably be their last day together, together with Karl and the world, with their fans, no one would ever receive a notification from twich saying "sapnap is live" ever again. In compensation for all the happiness Karl felt with Nick during the day, at night he just cried; just thinking that every minute, every second, every instant the death of his best friend, and the person he was in love with was getting closer and closer and that he would no longer be by his side, a crying crisis mixed with panic and anxiety attacked the boy, so he locked himself in the bathroom every night and just cried; he felt a pain, a twinge in his chest; his hands trembled and an unexplainable shortness of breath terrified him; and this this was every night. Well, that day Karl woke up with a headache because of crying, but he had already gotten used to it, he got up; went to the bakery like every day; ate the same as always: a cappuccino with hot mix and went back to the hospital. The boy would go anywhere with his skateboard, so he climbed on it and played his favorite playlist on the random; at this moment the song that was playing was "a thousand years" (the song I left above!!). The song said:"I died, every day waiting for you baby don't be afraidI've loved you for a thousand yearsand I'll keep on loving you for another thousand years.That song made you extremely calm, but at the same time thoughtful. The blond boy got on his skateboard and went back to the hospital listening to the music, the place was not far away so it took him about 3 minutes; he arrived, went up the stairs and Nick was already awake; Karl kissed him on the forehead. Karl took his cell phone out of his pocket, and looked at the time: it was 11:27, he put it back in his pocket and they started talking. Their eyes met and sparkled, their pupils dilated when they looked at each other, they were extremely in love with each other. They talked for several, several hours; Karl could leave in the middle of the afternoon, but he didn't want to, he preferred to stay and talk to the brunette boy.Now it was about 10:30, Karl had just finished dinner and was extremely happy because he realized that Nick hadn't died "yet", so he just sat down in the chair next to Nick and they started talking again, Nick seemed a little disconnected; but Karl thought that was sleepy, because Nick had to go to bed relatively early in the hospital, so they just kept talking. Nick had to go to bed at 11:00 PM for his routine, so they talked for about 15 minutes, which means that it was already 10:45 PM; when Karl asked a rather cute question:- Karl on - Nick, when we get out of here we are going to live together and have two kittens! What do you think love? says excitedly- Narrator on -Nick didn't answer. 1 minute, nothing. 2 minutes, nothing. 3 minutes, and22:48 - pi,pi,pi,pi there was the reason for Nick's non-response. His heartbeat was zero. No sign of life. Karl's first reaction was to cry; cry until he was dehydrated; cry and scream the name of the boy, who was now dead.
