Twaimz's real name is Issa!! However, when young and even sometimes now he would hesitate to disclose of his real name. Why?

When he was young, people would comment about how his name was too "girly" or "feminine". People would instantly conclude that he was gay (not that that's a problem because it's not at all) and it hurt. :(
