"Isn't he just so leng!" Chi cried as the two of us were sat alone on the bus. Everyone else had gone home, but I was going to Chi's house since Jordan was still at Manchester.

"And he's so cute as well!" She continued. "Like nah fam, ew what's wrong with me! How's a man doing this to me!"

"Erm...yeah he's nice I guess." I shrugged. I was still confused on whether he was just reallyyyy cocky or he was actually trying to move to me. When he spoke, it felt like he was joking around, however the question was still on my mind.

Chi's my best friend, and I want what's best for her. So I felt I had to tell her exactly what happened.

"Uh Chi..." I began.

"Yeah!"

"You know when Josiah and I went to the kitchen, right?" I asked. Chi nodded.

Speaking of the devil! My phone buzzed, causing me to stop talking. His name just pissed me off. I quickly tapped on the notification and opened the message.

"Wellll?" Chi began, as she took my attention away from my phone. "He was being quite what?"

I thought for a while. I guess he did really care about Chi, as he was clearly asking questions about her.

"He was being quite funny." I smiled.

"Oh! Bitch you had me thinking you were gonna say flirty or something, not funny tf!" She yelled, slapping me. Yep, definitely was meant to say funny haha...

"Don't scare me like that again, dickhead." Laughed Chi, kissing her teeth. I just laughed along with her. He hadn't done anything too bad right? Maybe he just was a very flirty guy with all females.

He made Chi so happy and I didn't want to ruin her happiness, so I decided I'd only tell her if he did something very flirty to me, like kiss me or some shit. But that won't happen right? He'd literally been thinking about Chi, which proved he liked her.

We spoke about him a bit more, as I secretly would text him when she weren't looking, planning the whole thing out. I'm actually so creative! My ideas were too cold. Josiah barely even suggested anything, useless guy.

I did like his vibe tho. The more we spoke, the more I saw how funny and chill he was. He seemed so nice!

"Ay ay ay ay ay!" Chi jumped up and down in excitement as we got off the bus. "I just remembered! Allow let's go to this party fam! I heard about it, it's like a 3 minute walk from my house bruv."

"Chai, Chi can u calm down!" I laughed as she pulled me by my arm and ran to her house. Her house was empty thank God, I swear her parents and brother are never at home. She ran like there was no tomorrow into her bedroom. Moving like one gorilla.

"Let's get ready fam, it starts soon!" She cried. She went into her wardrobe in search for a dress to wear.

"Girl, we got school tomo-"

"Try this!" She yelled, as she threw a black dress in my face.

"Wait wait wait!" I cried. "Chi, I beg explain what type of party this is, and who else is coming?"

Chi grabbed a dress for herself and began changing right in front of me. We've been friends for years, it was normal.

"It's not even a party for like our age bro! Its this ap party for older man! But it's calm because you don't even look 16, you look 30." She explained. Found that quite offensive I can't lie.
