Across the bed was the worn out body of Niyah, dressed in Joshua's clothing. She was extremely tired from the events of last night, her mind was stressed and she just wanted her head to be cleared. She was in so much pain mentally, and she felt like an absolute mess.

She woke up slowly, contemplating what had transpired the previous evening as her eyes slowly and gradually opened. Beginning with the revelation that Mari had a child with Talia, she continued to remember more about the hidden secrets in her social group. A tear began to form in her eye, she assumed she would have forgotten about it by now.

It was meant to be the best night of her life, but it ended up being the worst.

She then looked around her surroundings, and realised where she was. Joshua's bedroom. More memories came flooding back into her head of what happened last night.

As they entered this very room, they hungrily kissed one another, as they slowly removed each others clothing, then they finally...

"Sssssss" hissed Niyah as she attempted to move her leg, however she was in too much pain. Her legs were hurting so much.

Yet the worst thing was, despite her doing everything she could to get him out, Mari was still on her mind.

Janiyah

I stared up at the ceiling as Joshua lied fast asleep beside me, deeping everything that happened yesterday. It hurt, I can't lie.

I just felt like such a mess. Slowly, Joshua began to move a little in his sleep. I turned to face him, as my stomach began to turn. I was so used to waking up to see Mari, not Joshua. I felt so dirty, so unclean. I just gave myself to Joshua so easily.

"Good morning." He spoke softly causing me to jump. He was just asleep a moment ago. "I had fun last night." He smiled, as I felt the need to vomit.

Annoyed, I just nodded. I didn't want him to think we were something more than we actually were. To be honest, I just used him to get over Mari, but it didn't work.

I sighed as we lied in bed in silence for a while. What was I doing with my life honestly? Knowing my whole friendship group was broken, and I had no one to talk to really hurt.

Suddenly, a knock was heard from the main door and it got more louder and more frequent. I looked over at Joshua. He looked back at me puzzled.

"Who the fuck is that?" He asked. He tiredly got out of bed and walked down stairs to the door. I slowly followed behind him, holding the walls to keep myself standing; my legs were in so much pain.

As he reached the door, Joshua looked through the peephole, and groaned the moment he'd seen who it was.

"Hide behind the door." He sighed. I was too tired to even ask why. He opened the door and I stood behind it, so the person couldn't see me.

"Joshua." The voice spoke. It was a girl. "Hey. I didn't think you'd open the door you know."

"Crazy." Said Joshua sarcastically, kissing his teeth. I heard the girl cough awkwardly.

"Is everything alright? You know, between us? Or just in general. You've been airing my calls. I've called bare so that we could talk. Where have you been?"

Joshua yawned. "Just busy init. Why you here so early." The girl took a deep breath.

"Well, um. I don't really know how to say it. I've just been bare stressed, like yesterday i was so tired yeah I almost... let me just get to the point. I figured I'd just tell you face to face, since it's better. I know it's gonna be hard to hear. I wanted to hide it from you, but I realised that that would be stupid. I'm just gonna say it. Joshua...I'm...."
