Arthur sat up, almost spilling his tea. He carefully sat the cup down on its saucer, looking closer at the book he was searching through.
He started to read from said book,"Angels and demons have always existed to oppose one another. Spirits are the souls caught in between. A deal can be made with either to return a spirit to a body or vessel. With demons, usually a rule of thumb is to give up a soul to restore a soul. With Angels, however, it is much more complicated.
If one wishes to return a soul to a body via angelic power, again, normally the only way for the soul to fully reconnect with the body is someone they love must voluntarily give up their soul in recompense.
If a volunteer has already been chosen, then they must find a way to contact an angel. In order to do so, three things must be accomplished.
1. A demon soul must be destroyed and then contained in a Vessel, which may range from a blessed object to a magically sealed container. Turn to page 394 for the containment spell.
2. Preform a blessing on a certain room/area. Must include holy water and a wooden cross.
3. An angel feather must be present, and must be used in a generic summoning spell."
Arthur turned to the next page, and was irritated to find in blank. It seemed after page 465, there was no more information.
"But where do I get an angel feather?" He asked the air in frustration. He had been lucky just to find this much, and since Angel feathers were incredibly rare and not much was known about them, he probably wouldn't find an answer.
"I guess I'll probably just have to search for one," he sighed, glancing at the clock. It was three in the morning, and Arthur resigned himself to getting only a few hours of sleep.

April 28th, 2024Ring.
Arthur's eyes cracked open, and he scowled, shutting them again.
Ring. Ring. Riiiing!
Instead of trying to block out the infernal sound any longer, Arthur sat up and answered the phone.
"What the hell do you want?"
Slightly thrown off, the caller cleared his throat awkwardly, "Hallo Britain. I just wanted to notify you that the next meeting will be in your country on the 30th."
Arthur jolted, "Wait, Germany?"
"Yes..."
Arthur groaned, "Sorry about that. I was expecting Francis."
"It is fine. But please do show up to the meeting this time. The last one was delayed because no one knew where you were," Ludwig replied.
"Alright, alright. I'll be there. I'll get the time and location from my boss, don't worry," Arthur said, cutting off the German slightly, "Just don't expect me to run it. You know how everyone gets and I'm not in the mood to deal with it."
"I will," Ludwig replied coolly, but then a crash and muffled shouting could be heard from his end, "Er, I have to go now-"
"What the hell bastard!? Get away from my brother!"
"I am just trying to help! Um, Britain I have to g-"
"Fratello don't smack him! It's fine! I tripped! It's not his fault!"Arthur listen in awkwardly, not knowing whether he should hang up. The decision was made for him when he heard more muffled shouting and a click.
"Well... I'm just going to assume that that isn't unusual..." Arthur muttered, looking at his cellphone. He then glanced at the time and groaned again. It was already nine o'clock, which meant he had only an hour to get ready and drive to the meeting with his boss.
