Once there was a young woman named Lily who had experienced a traumatic event that left her with physical and emotional scars. Her skin was a soft maple color, but it was marred by painful wounds and scars that served as a constant reminder of the trauma she had endured.
Every day, Lily struggled to cope with the pain and the memories that haunted her. She tried to hide her scars from the world, but the pain was always there, just beneath the surface.
One day, Lily decided that it was time to face her pain head-on. She took a deep breath and reached for a cloth to begin cleaning her wounds and scars. But as the cloth touched her skin, she cried out in pain. The wounds and scars were so sensitive that even the gentlest touch was excruciating.
As she cried, Lily realized that her pain went deeper than just her physical wounds. She had been carrying the weight of her trauma for so long that it had consumed her, leaving her feeling empty and alone.
With tears streaming down her face, Lily realized that she had died on the inside. But in that moment, she also realized that she had the power to come back to life.
Lily began to seek help and support, reaching out to friends, family, and professionals for assistance. She talked about her pain and her trauma, and slowly but surely, she began to heal.
As the days turned into weeks, and the weeks turned into months, Lily's wounds and scars began to fade. But more importantly, she began to feel alive again. She found joy in small moments, love in unexpected places, and hope in the fact that she had survived the worst and come out the other side stronger and more resilient than ever before.
And as she looked in the mirror and saw her soft maple-colored skin, Lily realized that her scars were a part of her story, but they did not define her. She was strong, she was brave, and she was a survivor.
Ps I love you and don't be scared to seek help when you need it
