The Objectmon Dossier- Goiky and Yoyle Region - BFDI

Remaining Yoyle entries and the future of my content

Hello everyone, it's Birchboom!

To get things out of the way, there will be no more future updates to Objectmon. I started this whole thing all the way back in 2019 with the Scratch version of this and I eventually brought it here! And it's been an awesome experience, with a whopping 34K reads at the time of writing! And your comments have been wonderful too!

However, I eventually lost interest in this project around early 2023, where life became far more busy. This is also when I realised that some Objectmon were in need of complete redesigns and updates whether it was due to continuity changes or other reasons entirely. The problem with Objectmon is that in the end, it IS fanfiction, and with a show as active as BFDI, new changes constantly happen to the characters and the world and I wanted to capture it as much as I could. Constantly basing things off the wiki gets tiring eventually. I even lost interest with the whole 'Adventure Awaits' series.

Creating Objectmon was a lot of fun, especially with the help of my friends from the Scratch community, but my creative process is VERY different between then and now. I want to make my own projects with my own OCs, which I have done and I am doing! I am currently publishing a comic called Object Elevation on ComicFury. It's a far darker take on object shows and is currently nearing its 100th page! So if you enjoy my writing and art, then please give it a read!

As for the remaining entries, there were 5 more Objectmon to cover, one of which is literally just Evil Leafy (Dark type).
In order, they were Yoylian Spoonge/Spongy and Lochonge, Evil Leafy, Metaleaf, Teloblivion and Puffball Speaker Box.
I never ended up writing beyone Lochonge, but here are their designs.

Here is what I ended up writing for the Yoylian Sponge Line.

Due to changes in the quality of the water in the Goiky Region hundreds of years ago, many members of the Spoonge line migrated deep into the Yoyle Region. There, they took residence in harsher conditions, so they evolved with poisonous and venomous attributes to protect themselves and easily hunt prey.

And that ends to Yoyle Region and this current adaptation of Objectmon! Sorry for leaving you guys hanging for such a long time. I wanted to cap this off so none has to wait in anticipation anymore.
