1. Home

   WAKING up at 5am was like shit for june zamora. The 7th grader was just starting a whole new life at a new school. She had come from her hometown but was now stuck here because her mom wanted a new life after her and her father divorced. A "crack whore" is how june would describe her dad. But now he was off somewhere with his new random hoes.

   "JUNE AND MAVERICK HURRY UP!" My mom screamed.

   "IM COMING!" I yelled back after putting one last coat of mascara on. My older brother, Maverick, was starting 9th grade. He was an ass for sure.

   "Move it bitch." He said to me as we both ran down the stairs to make it to school quickly.

   "SHOTGUN!" I screamed.

   "Bye bug, love you!" My mom screamed at me as i got out of the car.

"Bye." I said back. This was my first year of middle school. Sure I was excited but still super nervous. But I carried on and walked inside.

Fast Forward

   In class I felt as if everyone was staring at me. Everyone here knew each other because they all went to the same elementary school. But not for me in this case.

   "June Zamora?" The teacher said, snapping her out of her thoughts.

   "Here." I replied while feeling eyes burn through her skull. As the teacher took attendance, I made sure to try and remember some names. The only ones I really remembered was Maya Ishii-Peters, Anna Kone, and Sam Zablowski. To be honest I didn't pay much attention during class I just was taking in her surroundings majority of class. Then, the bell rang.

   "Hey, June right? I think we have 1st period together. I'm Heather." Said a girl as I walked to her locker.

   "Yep! Hi." I could not believe how beautiful this girl was.

   "You're new right? Come sit with me at lunch one day! You can meet my friends and whatever!" She said with a bright smile on her face.

   "Sure." I said returning the gesture, showing off my bright white straight teeth. Heather had walked away while I looked around and saw on her locker many papers saying "Brandt likes Maya" or "Dustin likes Maya" like damn this girl was mad lucky. But I went off to 2nd period after hearing the bell ring.

   My 2nd period was gym. Oh how much I dreaded having gym. The coach seemed like a bitch when handing me my gym uniform. It was just a gray shirt with some shorts. As I walked outside, I saw that we were playing kickball. I swear to god, I fucking hate kickball. I sat next to Anna and Maya from 1st period.

   "Oh my god! June Zamora right?" The girl with the extremely short hair said.

   "Yep." I replied, not seeming as happy as her. As soon as I thought the conversation was over, her blonde friend started to talk.

   "Hi my name's Anna. Also two of the most hottest boys in our grade likes Maya. We just have to choose which one she wants to date." She said

   "Yeah they're both like super hot and want to be my boyfriend." Said Maya.

   "HEY BLONDIE!" I heard the gym teacher scream at Anna who was admiring this boy named Alex. He was the one pitching the ball but she's had like a huge crush on him for like forever maya had said. Anna got up to go kick the ball but accidentally kicked the ball into Alex's face causing him to fall and his nose start to bleed immediately. I had to put my hand over my mouth to stop myself from laughing while Anna looked absolutely terrified.

   "Woo Anna!" I cheered.

   "Go take your victim to the nurse." The
gym teacher said. As Anna and Alex walked away. While I watched the other kids keep playing, some boy came up and sat right next to me.

   "Hey ladies. Bowlcut, who's your friend?" He asked.

   "Don't try anything Sam. Her names June." Maya said as I slightly smiled at him. He returned the gesture and the rest of gym class we all just talked the whole time, Maya usually getting annoyed at Sam.

Gym was finally over and it was now time for 3rd period. As I sat down in my seat Anna walked in.

   "Dustin's a bitch."
