RECAP (AUTHORS POV)

After failing to talk to Kurapika, Leorio got in his uber and headed back to his college dorm. What message awaits him there?

Dammit...The one fucking chance I get to see him again and I fucking blew it. I knew I should had just left it. I knew I had no chance and he's way stronger than me so there would be no point. "Hey mate, your here." The driver broke me out of my thoughts. "O-oh thank you." I responded as my voice cracked.

I exited the car and walked toward the large and tall building with the letters J, and U in big bold letters. It stood for "Japan University". I walked inside and was greeted by the reception lady in the office. I believe her name was neon.

"Good evening Mr. Paladiknight!" Neon said in her cheery voice. She looked like she was around the age of 15. "Good evening Ms. Neon." I responded. I walked towards the elevator and waited for the doors to open, it didn't take long because the students didn't go out during the evening. Or at least usually.

I pressed the button for floor 4 and the elevator went up. When the doors opened I was greeted with a professor. "G-good evening Mr. Wing!" I quickly said and walked out of the elevator. "Good evening Mr. Paladiknight." Mr. Wing responded. That teacher is way to scary and gives off an awful bloodlust when he's mad, guess he's been studying nen for a while.

I finally arrived at my dorm, 418, it was farther down the hall and not a lot of students were in that hall because the rooms were being renovated and they didn't wanna have to deal with the noise but I don't mind it. There was a letter on the doormat with the name of the university on it.

I walked into my door and put my bags and the letter down on the counter. I quickly unpacked while thinking of the possibilities for the letter but it was probably just a quick progress report. When I finished unpacking I grab the letter and opened it.

That was not expected...The letter read. "Hello Mr. Paladiknight! We are excited to inform you that you will be getting roommate tomorrow morning. The student is new in town and extremely intelligent and he got into this university. Sorry for the short notice and please prepare the room. - Japan University" ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?! I have only until tomorrow!! Well great.

The next morning

A loud obnoxious alarm goes off. I hit it with my hand and rub my eyes as I sit up. Fuckk...I have to clean up the whole room. {Time skip a few hours bc this chapter gonna be to fcking long.}

Soon after I finish cleaning up there's a knock from the door. I groan and walk toward the door. The knock comes again more frequent this time. "Ok ok.." I say under my breath. I get to the door and turn the lock. As I turn the handle a thought hits me, I wonder what he looks like. As the door swings open my jaw almost drops as I look at the short boy. His blonde hair as yellow as sunflowers, his eyes grey like the clouds in the sky, and his one earring shimmering in a deep rose red. His face is expressionless. "K-Kurapika?.."
