Denki gets a what?

Shinso's POV
I woke up to the sound of the door closing in Denki's hospital room. I figured it was probably a doctor or a nurse or even his parents coming to see him. I felt a hand brushing through my hair. It felt....nice so I pretended like I was asleep for a little while longer. Soon I opened my eyes. I looked up to see Denki leaning his head back against the wall and his hand brushing through my hair. I looked up at him. He saw me and gave me a big smile. He has such an amazing smile. I smiled gently at him.

"Are you in pain?" I ask a bit concerned. "I don't think so but I also haven't moved around a whole lot" he says. "Okay" I say simply. "Oh sorry is it okay for me to keep touching your hair like this?" He asks worried he overstepped a boundary. "It's perfectly fine I like it. It feels...nice" I admit. He seems surprised but smiles nonetheless. I slowly get up so now I'm face to face with him. "Denki I- I was so worried I was afraid I lost you for a little bit there" I say almost crying. "Hey it's okay you could never lose me" he says squeezing my hand a little.

I smile softly at him. We lock eyes. We both seem to feel the same thing but then that could just be me projecting my feelings onto him. I decide to take a chance even if he doesn't like me back. I carefully put my hand on his cheek. He looks confused at first. Then I lean in and kiss him on the lips. His eyes go wide in surprise. I start to pull away afraid I overstepped a boundary. Then he pulls me back in and kisses back. We both close our eyes as we kiss. I pull away and slowly open my eyes. "You...like me?" He stutters out. I just nod. He seems extremely happy. I smile brightly at him. He hugs me tightly.

Denki's POV
Hitoshi kissed me for the first time and it was amazing. I was surprised when he kissed me. He started to pull away but I pulled him back and kissed him. After all that happened I ended up falling asleep with my fingers intertwined with his. When I woke up it was 8 am. I yawned and stretched. A doctor came into my room and by this point Hitoshi was awake as well. "Hello Mr. Kaminari" he starts.

"Hello Dr" I greet him. "You are being released from the hospital. Unless the pain is really bad we won't give you pain killers but no physical training or anything like that for a week" he says. "Of course Dr" I reply. He simply smiles and leaves the room. A few minutes later a nurse comes in with my clothes. I take the clothes and change in the bathroom. I walk out of the bathroom. "I'll take you home okay?" Hitoshi asks. I nod with a bright smile. We walk out of the hospital and begin our walk home.

After a while we reach my house. It's not that hard to walk my abdomen doesn't hurt that badly. I see my house. I turn to Hitoshi in front of my house. "This might be a bit soon but I love you" I say with a genuine bright smile. "Of course not. I love you too" he says. He kisses me and I kiss back. Then he pulls away and I wave goodbye as I walk inside. The house is quiet. I go up to my room to sleep for a few more hours. A little while later I wake up to a knock on my door. I get up to open it.

I rub my eyes. "Hey Papa" I say. "Oh my goodness! This is where you've been!!" He shouts. "Yeah sorry my phone died at the hospital and I did not have a charger. So I walked home with Hitoshi. Sorry" I say. I smile at Papa and he hugs me. I hug him back. "I'm so glad you're okay" he says. I pull away and just smile at him. Soon dad walks up the stairs. "Hey kiddo" he says with a smile. I hug him. He hugs me back. He wraps his arms around me protectively.

We pull apart and I look at both my parents before opening my mouth to speak. "Uh so um I might have a uhm boyfriend" I say. "Wait really?!" Papa shouts excitedly. "It's Hitoshi isn't it?" Dad says. I just nod. He seems happy. I start to doubt if they still love me and if they still see me as their son. I also doubt if they will still protect me if the time came. My dad kneels down in front of me. "Denki let's go on a quick walk just you and me. I know it's dark already but please just walk with me" he asks. "Sure" I say.

I pull on a pair of shoes and a jacket. Then we both go downstairs and walk out the door. We begin our little walk. After we're about a block away from the house dad starts talking. "Denki I can see the doubt in your eyes and I want you to know that I will always be your dad and I will always love and protect you no matter what and that goes for papa too" he says. I can't stop the tears from rolling down my face. I hug him crying into his clothes. He hugs me. "It's okay" he whispers. Just then Dad gets into a defensive stance. He looks around cautiously.

"Denki let's head back to the house" he says. I'm a little worried. We begin walking back to the house when someone appears behind us. "Well well well look what I found" a woman says in a menacing voice. "Hello mystique" dad says. "Hello Dabi" she says. I hide behind dad. "Who's the kid?" She says annoyed. "My son" dad says with a hand on my back.  "Since when did you start a family?" She says in a not so friendly voice. "12 years ago when he came along look what do you want?" Dad asks. "For you to come with me" she replies. "Sorry my omega and daughter are waiting for me at home"Dad says simply. She gets angry and lunges at dad. He dodges out of the way. They fight for a little while and I try to stay out of the way. At one point she tried lunging at me but I dodged out of the way and dad used that opportunity to knock her out. Then we both head back home.
