At full power/potential he will be able to exists Beyond all levels of creation making him unbound by Dimensions and all planes or infinite measures making him infinite times more greater than all of the forces in the marvel multiverse (Omniverse).
This means that he will be practically Omnipotent making him "GOD".
Essentially he will be stronger than Phoenix force (true form) and Oblivion but just below the One above All.
