Chapter two: Just playing

 "Fuuuuuuuck." Naruto groaned as he rolled over in bed. Hinata was already up, Making breakfast. Sure smelled good. "I'm so sick of him." Naruto muttered, pulling himself out of bed. Yesterday, Naruto had to bail his friend out, And pay a media company to keep there mouth shut. Hinata stuck opened the door. "I swear. Why don't you just fire him." She said, shaking her head. Naruto sighed. "I'm starting to ask myself the same question." He said, Getting up. 

  Naruto left late, as always. And Sakura haggled him about it. as always. And as always, Naruto went to his office. And. There. Was. Paper. Work. I fucking hate paperwork. Naruto thought. He picked up the first paper. After reading it over, And finally memorizing it, the phone rang. "You've got to be shitting me." Naruto muttered as he picked it up. "Hello?" Naruto said. "Hello Naruto. There's been an, uh, an issue with the trade off." Sai's voice echoed through the speaker. "What do you mean." Naruto said, setting his pen down. "Well...Uh...I'm not going to explain it. If you really wanna know, Kiba will say." Sai said. "Then hand the phone over to Kiba." Naruto said, Slightly getting anxious. "The Uchiha and Haruno where fucking." Kiba said through the line. Naruto's blood ran cold. "I- Are you- Are you sure?" Naruto said. She wouldn't....betray me like that. Naruto thought. 

   "Sorry, But yeah. You could tell by th-" Naruto hung up. He quickly dailed Sakura's line. "Hello." Her voice sounded. She knew why Naruto was calling. "Sakura. What the fuck." Naruto whispered. "I...Can't believe you'd do this. I'm disappointed. And beyond ashamed that not just an employee, but a friend would do this to me. to the company." Naruto said. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking straight." Sakura whispered. "You....You can take a leave for a bit." He said, shutting his eyes. "Your firing me?" Sakura whispered, feeling tears build up.

  She honestly hadn't meant for this.  "No. I just think think we need a break. I couldn't stand to see you." Naruto said, His words filling Sakura with shame and guilt. "But, Who's going to fill in for me?" Sakura asked, wiping her cheek. "It doesn't really matter. But if you must know, Sai." Naruto said. "A-alright." Sakura said, Fighting the tears. "You can leave right now." Naruto said. "Yeah. Bye." She said. The beep of the 'end call' sounded. It took everything in her not to break down sobbing. 

   Naruto set the phone down. Looks like he had to take care of Sasuke. But first, He had to make a quick call. Sai picked up almost immediately. "Sai. Your my personal assistant." Naruto said. There was a moment of silence. "Does this mean you fired Sakura?" Sai asked. "No. But I don't think I can see her right now." Naruto said, Closing his eyes once again. It felt like he hadn't slept in ages. "I understand. I'm sure that feeling will pass eventually, But until then, I will gladly fill in." Sai said. Naruto smiled. "Thanks Sai. This trade off is way more trouble then I thought." Naruto said.

   "Well. Uchiha's be that way." Sai said. Naruto blinked. "What?" Naruto asked, surprised. He had never heard Sai speak that way before. "Inojin's been saying that a lot. Well, Usually, it's 'life be that way'" Sai said. Naruto smiled. "Hm. Got it." He said. They chatted for a bit about Ino and their son, Inojin. Then, Naruto decided to stop procrastinating. "I've gotta go talk to the Uchiha." Naruto said. "Alright. I'll be by your office when it's time to take our leave." Sai said. 

  Naruto hung up, And got up. He walked out of his off his office, To the Uchiha's office. He knocked before entering. Sasuke was on his phone, feet on the desk. "Hello Mr. Uchiha." Naruto said. Sasuke looked up, seeing his temporary boss. "Hello Naruto." He said, setting his phone down. "It's come to my attention that you where caught having sex with my personal assistant." Naruto said. 

  "Hold up. I would only be 'caught' If I was trying to hide the fact I was doing the pink haired chick. Which I wasn't. And to be clear, She came on to me first." Sasuke said. "Wha-That doesn't make things any less worse! I thought I was clear when I said leave the ladies alone." Naruto said, sighing. "Well if it makes thing's better I would much rather fuck you." Sasuke said, Smirking. 

 Naruto's face went read. "W-What?" He stuttered. Sasuke shrugged. "Well, Your coming off as jealous. I bet you wish it was you instead of that pink haired bitch." He said, enjoying the sight of the now flustered blond. "What?! Absolutely not!" Naruto said. "Don't be ashamed. I wish the same thing." Sasuke said. Naruto blinked, unable to comprehend what he was hearing. "No! First I'm not gay, Second, I'm getting married!" He said, red faced. "Okay, well, First, I don't care about your wife, she's probably a slut. Second your hot. And third, Your just in denial." Sasuke said, amused by how Naruto's face flushed even redder. 

  "I'm leaving!" Naruto said, getting up and rushing to the door. "Suit yourself, But the offer still stands" Sasuke said, As Naruto slammed the door. Kiba happened to be walking be. "Heey, Wassup Naru- Are you okay?" Kiba asked, concerned. "Y-yeah, Why?" Naruto stuttered out. "Your like, super fucking red." Kiba said. "I-I think I'm catching a cold." Naruto said, rushing to his office, leaving a confused Kiba behind. 

 Meanwhile, Sasuke sat in his office, Smirking at the door. Who knew annoying the hot boss would be so fun?

I'm so tired. I know I'm late on uploading this chapter, But I kept distracted by YouTube, And Etsy, And stuff like that. Also toxic friends. The usual y'know.  Thanks for reading. It means a lot.
