Y/N has been dating Rosie for a couple of months and she's been loving every minute of it. Rosie is beautiful, talented and an incredible person. Y/N's infatuated with her, Rosie took over her heart within those couple of months. That blonde hair, cute australian accent and gorgeous laugh, Y/N falls harder everytime she's with her girl.

Y/N was growing tired but she was excited for her date with Rosie the next day. She hasn't seen Rosie in a couple of days because she was busy with work. Y/N missed her like crazy so she decided to text Rosie.

Y/N: I miss you love <3

Rosie: I miss you baby, I can't wait to see your cute ass tomorrow <3

Y/N: don't flirt with me Roseanne, it's too late for that :(

Rosie: okay i'm sorry my baby. go to sleep it's late. <3

Y/N: Goodnight my love <3

Rosie: Goodnight cutie <3

Y/N smiled looking at the texts. She plugged her phone in and put it down on the nightstand. She turned over and wrapped herself in the blankets, closing her eyes and drifting off to sleep.

2 hours later:

Y/N woke up abruptly, out of breath and covered in sweat. She just had the worst nightmare ever. She felt like she couldn't breath. She grabbed her phone with shaky hands and called Rosie.

Rosie: Baby, it's really late. What's wrong?

Y/N: ...

Rosie: Gorgeous, tell me what's going on please

Y/N took a deep breath and pulled herself together. She didn't want to worry Rosie anymore.

Y/N: I know it's late but Rosie could you please come over?

Rosie: Of course I can, I'll be there soon don't worry

Y/N: Thank you love. I'll see you soon

Y/N could finally breathe knowing Rosie was gonna be here soon. Rosie will hold her in her arms and make every bad thought go away. Y/N loved that Rosie always knew how to make her calm down. Kisses on the top of her head, tight hugs and Rosie whispering sweet little nothings in her ear.

Y/N laid back down and waited for Rosie. At some point, her eyes started to close and she fell asleep again.

15 minutes later:

Rosie walked into the house, closing the door behind her. She took off her shoes and made her way upstairs. She opened the bedroom door and saw her girl asleep on the bed. She walked over and got into bed with Y/N, wrapping her arms around Y/N's waist and pulling her close. Rosie kissed the top of Y/N's head and whispered, "I'm here cutie."

Y/N smiled knowing that sweet accent from anywhere. She wrapped her legs around Rosie's waist and her arms around her neck, hugging Rosie like her life depended on it. Y/N didn't notice the tears that started to fall down her cheeks onto Rosie's shoulder.

Rosie decided not to ask what happened tonight, guessing it was one of Y/N's nightmares. Rosie would ask tomorrow when it wasn't as fresh. For now, she held her girl and made sure Y/N felt safe.

Y/N pulled away and kissed Rosie sweetly. "I missed you so much." Y/N said with tears rolling down her cheeks still. Rosie cupped Y/N cheeks and wiped the tears away with her thumbs. Y/N moved in till their foreheads touched, they both smiled.

"We should go to sleep baby." Rosie said while smiling at Y/N. Y/N nodded and kissed Rosie once more. Y/N snuggled into Rosie, holding her as tight as she could without hurting Rosie. "Goodnight my love." Y/N said, kissing Rosies shoulder before laying her head down. "Goodnight cutie." Rosie said with a kiss to the top of Y/N's head. Both girls fell asleep in each others arms, safe and sound.
