Arrow's P.O.V.
When I woke up Alaska was still asleep. I brushed her hair out of her face and she blinked her eyes open.
"Sorry for waking you up." I say with a smile. She rubs her eyes and smiles.
"Well, we have to get up sometime." She said and sat up. I get out of bed and open the window. I see Alaska moving to get out of bed and I walk over to her. She tries to stand up but I have to catch her before she falls. I set her back on the bed and she frowns.
"Why can't I even stand up." She says and falls back on the covers and grabs her side.
"You were out for a month." I say and her eyes widen. "Would it help to change the bandages?" I ask changing the subject. She nods gritting her teeth. I walk over to the dresser and grab the new bandages. I turn around and Alaska is unwrapping them from around her waist. When they're fully gone she sucks in a breath. The skin around it is still pink but the bleeding has long since stopped. She looks up at me and I give her a sad smile.
"Ok so this might hurt but it helps clean it." I say wetting the cloth with alcohol. She grabs it from me but then grabs my hand. She closes her eyes and squeezes my hand then lets out a breath and presses the cloth on the cut. She flinches but keeps the cloth on it. She lifts it back up to set it back down again; this time hissing in pain. I squeeze her hand and she manages a small smile. She takes it off and sets it down.
"Bandages?" Alaska asks and I hand them to her. She wraps them around her middle over the cut and ties them to keep them in place.
"How did you do that so quickly?" I ask and she laughs.
"Well I didn't get to where I was without trial and error." She says looking at me. Duh. I think to myself.
"Anyways, you hungry?" I ask and she nods. This time she gets up a little slower than last time but still leans on me for support. We walk into the kitchen area where all the guys are.
"What's up sleepy head?" Daniel asks Alaska with a smile.
"Nothing except for the fact that I'm starving. Not eating for a month can do that to a girl." She says and that gets a few laughs. I help her walk over to the table and she sits down. I grab her and apple to start with not knowing how she'll take it after not eating for so long. She smiles up at me and starts to talk to the other guys who are sitting at the table.
I walk over to Daniel who gives me a knowing smile and I mouth outside and he nods.
"So did you talk to her?" He asks and I nod.
"Yeah I mean I confessed everything when she first was out but she asked me about it when she woke up. I just don't know man. I like her but after Jamie..." I say and drift off.
"Alaska is different. I can tell. The guys like her and treat her like a sister now and I consider her a member of the team. And the fact that she asked you to stay last night meant something. I wouldn't force it just let it happen." He says and looks back inside at the guys and Alaska sitting around the table laughing.
"Yeah I guess. God I'm turning into a girl." I say and he laughs.
"Pretty much." He says and pats my shoulder. I suddenly remember what Nastia said to me and freeze. Daniel notices and gives me a confused look. I sigh and pinch the bridge of my nose.
"No one else can know. Not even Alaska or the guys. Not yet. Not until she's better." I say and Daniel turns serious which is why I chose him to be my right hand man. He knows when to be my friend and when to be serious.
"What happened." He says crossing his arms.
"Well when I went on that run yesterday I found Nastia." I start and Dan's eyes widen.
