Author’s Note – Read Before Starting!
Hey, everyone!
So, this story holds a special place for me because it was actually the first book I ever published. Back then, I was still figuring things out as a writer, and in my excitement to complete it, I didn’t give it the time and effort it truly deserved. I won’t lie—I wasn’t happy with how it turned out. The storyline strayed from what I originally imagined, and honestly, I don’t even know what I wrote half the time.
I'd initially started writing to get out of my dark phase and engage my mind into something. Since reading gave me joy, I decided that writing wouldn't be so bad as well, considering that I've always loved making up stories.
This was the first idea that had sparked. I wrote on the side, gathering my shit back up and that in-turn took a toll on the book.
I’ve grown a lot since then, both as a writer and in the way I tell stories. And every time I looked back at this book, I felt like it deserved a second chance. So here I am, rewriting it from scratch. This time, I’m telling the story the way I always wanted to.
And while I was at it, I also decided to make it a Taekook fanfiction. The original version had Jungkook as the main character, but now, instead of a female lead, Taehyung steps into that role. The essence of the story remains, but everything else? It’s new.
If you’ve read the old version, you might notice the changes immediately. And if you’re new here, well—welcome! This is the story as it was meant to be told.

Ps: For now the chapter's denoted with a tick (✓) are the rewritten chapter while other's are from the older version, so please don't get confused. I'll try completing the book as soon as possible for a flowing read for you guys, but I'll still take some time. Hope you understand.
Again I'm sorry to all those old reader's that'd decided to give my story a chance because it was a Jungkook fanfiction. But I'm not at all happy with how the book turned out. It completely went off track since the beginning. Hopefully you understand and decide to give this book another chance, just like I did.
