"first: Julian, second: Guinevere, third: Floryn, fourth: Granger, fifth: Melissa."

"welp, Julian is a top among us this month."

"Nothing surprised though."

"Yeah, because he always is."

"This is first month guys, let's see for next month."

The students in the class is gathering at the board that pin the student rank paper to see their ranking in this month.

Julian suddenly walk into the class that made everyone turn their attention to look at him.

"First month and you already steal that first rank dude!" Granger speaks up on his arrival.

"Thank man. You also did great." Julian walks toward Granger and give each other fist punch.

Melissa who is sleeping on the desk not knowing that it almost time for their first class. She drowsy out because last night she done all the homework for today's lesson.

Julian who just arrived, seeing her like this is nothing surprising him a bit because she can be like this sometime and he already knows why. He slowly slips into his seat next to her silently so he wouldn't wake her up. He looks around him to see if someone looking at them. When it clearly no one, he turn his gaze back at her sleeping form.

He smiles as he enjoy watching her sleeping face. He was never get tired by every side of her, still mesmerize everything in her since the first day he met her, he felt like it. Till this day, the only thing in his mind is, he is so close to her more than anyone else— no, more than any boy she is friend with but how does she still doesn't notice him? He hate to admit it, but he does want her attention and that's something he found it weird in him because he was never this talkative around people but this girl change every side of him. Something in her made him want to talk to her, has all her attention and everything that he never does but this girl show him all. And to get her attention, he needs to socialize with people, that's why he's saying this girl does changed him.

But right now, he care for nothing. As long as he's with her and she's with him, even if it's meant to be in this way forever, it's better than lose her to someone else, right? Right?

He doesn't care about that negative thought for now, but what he cares RIGHT now is, her sleeping face is so cute that he wants to pin her both soft cheeks. He smiles like an idiot because this is so not him. He stares and mesmerize, not taking his eyes out of her. As he about to pass some strain of hair out of her face, the bell rang up, sign for their first class. He jolted on the sound of the bell. 'damn it!' he curse for no reason. He looks back at her and decide to wake her up.

"Mel." He shakes her shoulder a little. "Melissa." He tries again but still no response. Suddenly, the idea hit him. He leans close to her ear and whisper, "wake up, you sleepy head."

Like a speed of light, Melissa flinch and widen her eyes as she straighten her back on the chair. She panted helplessly and looks at Julian who also staring back at her. "You okay?" He ask her, a bit concerned as well.

Melissa couldn't think straight now. Her heart beat so fast upon she woke up to see this boy but not her friends. Usually, it will be them who woke her up but WHO IS THIS GUY RIGHT NOW? Melissa is a little embarrassed. She got woken up by the boy she getting annoy the most. She stares straight at his ruby crimson eyes as he stares back at her cerulean blue ocean eyes. she suddenly felt her cheeks warm up, 'oh no!' she suddenly cover her blushing face and turn away from him, "i-im okay, thank..." She whisper loud enough for him to hear. 'god why him?!' she internally scream in her thought.
