Winter- Flashback (Maybe a long one.)
The woods was a boring home. I had to separate myself from all the humans. Most hated me. What was even wrong with me? My unnatural pale skin? My white hair? God, now I know why mum and dad called me 'Winter.' It was still my favourite season even if it was the coldest. I tucked a strand of white hair around my ear. I climbed a tree to look out for something interesting. I looked around for a while and shivered. I was cold even though I wore mostly black, white boots and a long thick white overcoat. I looked down and saw someone sat by a tree with their eyes closed and their head in their knees. I jumped from tree to tree and climbed down and walked towards them. They sensed my presence as I awkwardly stood in front of them. "What's wrong?" They looked up at me. The figure. He was crying. Concern overtook me. "Are you ok?" The boy saw me looking at him but he shrugged and wiped his eyes. "Yeah I am. Anyway, I don't even know you." He saw my bite mark and leaped back. "Y-You're a werewolf?!" I sighed. I was only 14 and people treat me like crap. For something I can't control. Being a werewolf. "I may be kid, but you can trust me. I'm not like those freaks." He listened to what I had to say. That surprised me.
He came back to see me. Did he care?
A few days later
He pulled me to the floor. "Show me your damn arm." I laughed "I'm fine." No, I'm not. I got attacked and bitten again and it definitely didn't hurt. I didn't resist and I let him help me. I winced in pain as the tissue met the blood on my arm. I backed off slightly and he instantly grabbed my arm. "Look Caleb, it's just a little blood." He glared at me. "It's Cal." I smirked at him despite the pain. "Oh your kinda cute when your angry." He slapped me in the face. "Shut up or I'll increase the pain." I shut up. I was very shocked to see him smile. He told me about a condition he was born with where he couldn't smile or laugh. And Cal wasn't a liar. Did I help him? "Cal, your smiling." He widened his eyes. "I am?" I nodded. "It suits you." He smiled again. "Thanks." I smiled back.
A few days later, at night
I was peacefully transformed. He lay a blanket over me. We lay at the balcony of my tree house. He lay next to me and stroked the fur on my head. Even as a werewolf, I still felt things. The potion helped me feel like me. In a werewolf's body but still me. Some part of my werewolf form let out a smile. Then I felt a shot in my arm. I let out a howl of pain and Cal fell off the rooftop. Humans were shooting at me but I jumped down and caught Cal before he fell to the floor. He seemed stunned and shaken so I didn't want to startle him anymore. I shielded myself from the guns and we jumped down together. I howled more from the pain and Cal got up off me and shielded me. "Leave him alone. He's just like us." I heard him say. People with the guns tried to get to me but he stopped them. "Get away, kid." But he stood his ground. He really cared for me, huh? Luckily the people went away and left us alone. He rushed to me and I turned my only human thing, my eyes, to him. He pulled me into a hug, sobbing. "I'll never let anyone hurt you again." He finally let go of me.
I gently placed my paw on his face wiping his eyes but he pulled me away. "I'm ok." I growled at him and stood up and turned my face up to the moon to howl. I then turned back to him whimpering as if saying, but I'm worried about you. I lay down moaning. He liked to look after me, I also looked after him. I supported him through his vampire transformation. His sister seemed nice. She was one too. I dated Cal for a few years, he seemed more comfortable dating me in girl form but I didn't mind. We had fun together.
Then I left him forever. I went to heaven.
