Chapter 6

All night long I couldn't stop thinking about today. My first kiss, getting high the first time, Ricardo's kindness and sense of humor. I was totally into Ricardo, there was no doubt about it. And to think about what's going to happen tomorrow. I am going to lose my virginity. And it's going to be in a meaningful and special way. A lot of people I know rushed into it. Some lost it at parties, some lost it just to lose it, and some even lose it in a McDonald's bathroom. (Don't ask who)

All day long my heart raced with anticipation. I imagined all the possible things that Ricardo and I would do. Some crazy and some realistic. 

Those thoughts lingered in my head throughout the school day. Ricardo told me to meet him at door 6 after school. Once the dismissal bell rang, I made my way to the door as quickly as possible. 

I was surprised to find Ricardo in a Ford Mustang Convertible. He was blasting AC/DC's Hells Bells my favorite song, and he knew it. If that wasn't enough, he got out of the car and opened the car door for me. I was now beaming. Ricardo cupped my cheek with his hand before bringing me in for a kiss. Sweet and gentle. Then a little bit more passionate; with tongue even.

As Ricardo exited the parking lot, we admired how many people gawking at us.

"Where'd you get the car?" I asked curiously

"A magician never reveals his secrets."

Ricardo had told me that he already paid for the hotel. I offered to pay him back, but he said no without even giving it thought.

"I don't want you to worry about anything. Not even money." He said. His kindness caused me to smile again.

After checking in to the hotel, we made our way to the hotel room. Once I entered the room I was astounded. The room was stunning. Candles decorated the room, Rose pedals were on the queen-sized bed, forming the shape of a heart. Everything that could I could possibly want is right in front of me.

I turned to face Ricardo. We locked eyes and slowly walked to each other. My heart was beating rapidly. I was one step closer... two steps closer... three steps closer... Ricardo was now so close that I could feel his hot breath on my skin. 

Ricardo put his arms around my waist, bringing me even closer. His lips met mine with sweet delicacy. We briefly stopped to take off our shirts, and we kissed some more. Ricardo moved his hands from my waist to then my back and unclasped my bra. I instinctively covered myself. 

"It's okay, it's just me." Ricardo reassured, "But we don't have to if you don't want to."

"No, I do," I said, and slowly I moved my hands from my chest to my stomach, and then to my side.

"You look beautiful." Ricardo said, looking intently at my half-naked body. "I don't know why you'd want to conceal something so perfect." I now felt less self-conscious, and I thanked Ricardo by kissing him again. But rather than staying in place, Ricardo and I inched towards the bed.

Ricardo soon laid me on the bed. He first pulled down my jeans, and then my panties. 

"Have you ever orgasmed?" Ricardo asked. But not in a pressuring, judgmental way. It was more so out of curiosity.

I shook my head no. It was more embarrassing to say it out loud. Ricardo seemed pleased with the thought that he was going to be my first for everything.

"What about you?" I asked. 

Yes, I have."

"Have you ever had sex?" And much to my surprise, Ricardo said no.

"I've done stuff, but never that far." I too was thrilled with the thought of being Ricardo's first. But I was happier about the fact that Ricardo trusted me enough to admitting being a virgin. 

"Are you ready for this?" Ricardo asked.

"Yes," I replied a thousand times, yes.
