Imani Williams

I woke up with a horrible headache.

It hurt so bad I couldn't think.

I looked around to see an unfamiliar room instead of my usual pink room with floral wallpaper.

Just as I got up a door opened letting all the steamy hot air spill into the bedroom I was in.

I look at the figure standing in the door to see serenity with nothing on. And I mean nothing.

Water droplets dripped all around her body as she dried her hair with a small hair towel.

I quickly looked away blushing as I felt my eyes about to slip down.

I heard her chuckle behind me and a bit later I felt her breath on my neck.

I shivered and quickly stepped back.

Her dark eyes met mine. In the 3 years we had been together I was never able to read her. not by her eyes, by body language, or reading between the lines of her words.

She was unreadable.

Unpredictable.

And scary.

I took in a deep breath before speaking. Hoping my voice wouldn't betray me.

"Why, did you take me? " I asked hoping for an answer.

I heard her sigh.

"I still love you Imani. I always will. I want us to be a family. But you. You just don't listen. You were gonna leave me. I I couldn't let that happen. But it's ok, everythings ok. Your here and we're together and everything is gonna be fine. We can be a family now. " she sounds. Insane.

"Your crazy. " I whispered grabbing my bag that I had been eyeing and going to run.

She grabbed me by my hair and pulled me to a closet. She sighed before pulling out handcuffs.

I screamed and struggled as she handcuffed me and drug me back into the room throwing me on the bed.

She connected me to a long chain so I could walk all around the room but I couldn't exit. She sighed out as if this was hard for her or something.

"My luv. " she spoke softly pushing some hair out of my face. I flinched away from her and mugged the living hell out of her. She sighed again, this time in a more hurt expression.

The fact that she was hurt by my reaction was written all over her face. Yet her eyes still held their lock. Unable to read them.

"Well then. I guess I'll have to get a collar for you tomorrow. Maybe one of those fancy ones that connect to the house so you can't step outside of the front gate. Yeah that'll work. I was hoping for you take the role of mommy today. Guess I'll have to wait hm?" She stared at me for a few seconds before taking my bag and leaving.

Now what?

I fucking hate it here.

I was woken up by the feeling of my head being picked up and something being wrapped around my neck.

I open my eyes to see Serenity above me placing a collar around my neck.

"Good morning my love. I got your collar. And I got it in pink. Cmon look at it. "

I looked at the mirror across from the bed and saw my reflection.

It was cute and all. But the fact that this is what's keeping me in this hell hole makes me hate it.

"It looks beautiful on you luv. "
