She is very shy, and doesn't like human touch. Pugsley and Courtney are her two best friends that she likes stuff like holding hands, hugging, stuff like that. Badyah and Barney are more of hanging out and watching shows type friends.
She hangs out with Courts and Pugs alot, especially when she's working. They can tell when Norma is stressed, and know how to comfort her;
When Courtney knows Norma is stressed, she'll hold hands with Nor and they will walk around the park after close just as a peaceful time.
When Pugsley knows Norma is stressed, he'll just lay in her lap and let her pet him to de-stress and just relax.
