Tweek enters the kitchen, where his mother had lined up a couple of sandwiches on a plate, along with two mugs of coffee.
"Hey mom, do we still have hot sauce?"
"Why do you want hot sauce? You can't stand spicy foods."
"I'm just feeling adventurous today."
Tweeks dad yells from the other room, "You can say that again!"
Tweek blushes and takes the plate and mugs, his mom puts a hot sauce jar on the plate Tweek is carrying.
"Careful with that stuff, it's your dad's special recipe."
Tweek carries the food and drinks upstairs. He enters his room and shuts his door.
"You can come out, I got the stuff."
Craig leaves the closet and sits on the floor next to Tweek.
"What's this?" Craig points to the jar.
"Oh, it's hot sauce. You always put spice on your sandwiches so I brought some up, apparently, it's my dad's secret recipe. I don't know how it tastes."
Craig looks at Tweek with a puppy-dog look on his face, "You're so thoughtful..."
Craig pours some of the sauce onto a corner of the plate and dips his sandwich in it to taste it.
"Hmm."
"How is it?"
"It has that same bitter aftertaste that your coffee has, maybe it's some secret ingredient your dad adds to his stuff."
"Is it good though?"
"Surprisingly, yea. The taste is almost calming, even with the spice."
"That's exactly how I feel about my coffee!"
They both finish their meals. Tweek exists his room to check on his parents. Both his parents have gone to their room for the night. He returns to his room to tell Craig.
"The coast is clear. you should be able to sneak out now."
Craig doesn't answer.
"Craig?"
Craig is laying on his side, clutching his legs.
"Craig?! What's wrong?"
"Hahh... My body feels so hot..."
Tweek puts his hand on Craig's forehead, it feels like a normal temperature.
"You don't seem to have a fever... Does it hurt anywhere?"
"AGHHHH! Please, please make it stop, I hate this! It hurts everywhere!"
Tweek is starting to panic, he doesn't know what to do.
"Craig, should I call someone? Should I take you to a hospital? Tell me what to do!"
"Tweek!!"
"Craig I don't know what's happening!!"
Craig tackles Tweek.
"Help me... It's so hot. I need to..."
Tweek squirms under Craig as he starts kissing his neck.
"Craig! What are you doing?!"
Craig sits up, a blank look on his face.
"Craig...?"
Craig falls to the floor, his breathing was erratic.
"Oh god, oh god, what do I do!"
Tweek quickly grabs his phone and calls Clyde.
"Tweek? Why are you calling me so late?"
"CLYDE! CAN YOU DRIVE??"
"Tweek, what's going on?"
"THERE'S NO TIME! IT'S CRAIG HIS DYING!! I THINK!!!"
"Tweek you aren't making any sense."
Tweek takes a few deep breaths, "He w-was breathing heavily and complaining about his body hurting and now he has collapsed. I need to g-get him to a hospital. Can you drive?"
"Oh shit, Yes. I'll be there soon."
Tweek hangs up.
"Oh god..."
He tries to drag the boy out of his room but he falls over.
Tweeks dad comes out, "Tweek? What is Craig doing here?"
Tweek is crying, "He n-needs help! He just collapsed! Please help me get him outside! Someone is coming to get him."
"Tweek, did he have your coffee? Was the hot sauce for him?"
"Yes?? Why does that matter? We have to get him o-outside!"
Tweeks parents look at each other with concerned expressions.
They hesitate for a second before carrying the boy outside where Clyde had just arrived.
Tweek's parents put Craig in the car, and Tweek jumps in after him.
"I'll text you!"
The car zooms off.
"You don't think..." Tweeks mom grabs his dad's arm
"Probably. This isn't good."
