John examined the body and the surrounding area, looking for any clues that might help them catch the killer. Rebecca and the other officers started to question the witnesses and search the nearby buildings for any signs of suspicious activity. As they worked, Martin Brown arrived with the ballistic report from the previous murder. John and the team gathered around him, eager to hear the results. Martin cleared his throat and began to speak." Based on the angle of the cuts and the size of the wounds, we believe the killer is using a large, serrated knife," Martin said. This was going to be a complex case, and they needed to be one step ahead of the killer at all times.
