Hangover

Erin's POV
When I woke up, I knew actually where I was... Jay's house. I don't know how I ended up here or what I did last night, but I was glad I was here. I sat up in the bed and saw Jay folding blankets from where he slept on the couch. He saw me and walked in.
Jay: How did you sleep?
Erin: Pretty good. what about you?
J: Well, it wasn't that bad. But I really need a new couch. It feels like sleeping on bricks!
E: I'm sorry, I could of slept on the couch.
J: It's fine, any ways you needed a good sleep to recover from last night.
E: Yea, what happened last night?? And how did I end up here?
J: Well, I went to your house last night, like I always do after work. And you weren't there. So I looked at your recent calls and I saw bunny on there so I went to bunny's bar, where I found you passed out by the bar. Then I got there and bunny wanted me to leave you there. That's when we kinda got into it and I just got you in the car and left.
E: Ohhh.... well thanks for getting me out of there. I know if you weren't there, it wouldn't end well for me in the morning.
J: *smiles* Well getting you out of there wasn't the hard part. It was getting you to my room, that was the most difficult part.
E: Oh gosh... there's more... *blushes*
J: Not really, but you know carrying you up 5 flights of stairs (because the elevator was broken) you started to get heavy *both laughs*
E: Well I'm just glad I know you have my back.
J: What are partners for?
*Both smiles*
*Phone Rings*
J: We just got a case.
E: Ohh.... Well, I can walk home. Just go ahead to work.
J: No need, you can just stay here and wait until I'm off.
E: I don't want to be in the way.
J: You're never in my way.
E: *grins* OK. See you later.
*Jay smiles and walks out the door*
