Chapter 1: Mario's Business

"MARIOOOOOOOOOOOO WAKE UP!" Screamed a familiar voice to Mario. "What is it Luigi?!" Mario screams at his younger brother with aggression. Luigi runs into his brothers room with giddy hopping up and down all over the room. "We've got business to do Mario!" He screams excitedly. "Mr. Spike just called about a ruptured pipe in his kitchen. This is the most business we have had in years!" Luigi runs back into the living room and quickly grabs his toolbox. Mario quickly springs out of his bed and runs to their van. "Luigi, it's time to show the world what we are made of" Mario says with a smile on his face. Mario knows how much this call meant to both of them. They had inherited the plumbing business from their late father, Abraham Mario, who passed away a year prior. The business has been struggling ever since his passing. They have been way behind on their bills and are soon destined to go bankrupt. Mario puts the thoughts to the side however, as they finally have a chance to show the world how good their plumbing skills are. As they pulled up to Mr. Spike's house, he is waiting outside for them. "Hello plumbers!" Mr. Spike happily says to them. "Thank you for helping out at such an early time in the morning." The plumbers get out of their van and give the man a hand shake. "We are happy to help Mr. Spike" says Mario with a smile on his face. Mr. Spike instructs the plumbers to follow him into his house so he can show them the leak. The sounds of leaking water could be heard coming from the empty dark kitchen. "Here it is boys" Mr. Spike says. "If you have any questions, please come get me from my room." Mr. Spike then creeps back to his room in his massive dark house. "Wrenches out and plungers steady Mario!" Luigi says with the biggest smile on his face. Mario smiles back and gently pats his brother on the back. "Let's do it for Papa" Mario exclaims with a gentle grin on his face. The boys start to work on the pipe and find out that the PVC connecting the pipe has completely rotted away. Mario gets the idea of completely replacing the pipe due to it being completely broken. As soon as Mario tore the broken pipe off of the sink, it began to start sucking all of the air towards it direction. "MAMA MIA!" screams Mario as their body's begin to get sucked into the pipe. "LUIGI HOLD ON TO THAT TABLE!!!"
"MARIO WHATSA HAPPENING!" Luigi screams as his brothers body draws closer to the exposed pipe.
"Luigi, tell mom I said I love her" Mario says as his body fully gets sucked into the pipe. After his brother his gone, everything stops. There is no noise and it is dead silent. Luigi sits on the floor in complete shock and begins to sob into his arms. "MARIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" he screams into the empty house. He runs into Mr. Spike's room only for it to be an empty room with no decor. He then runs back out of the room to find the house completely empty and quiet. He looks under the kitchen counter to take a look at the pip that his brother got sucked into. To his surprise, the pipe was completely fixed. Luigi then faints and falls to the floor. A couple hours later, Luigi finds himself in the Brooklyn hospital where he was surrounded by his mother and a doctor. "Where am I?" He says dazed and confused.
"You are in the Brooklyn hospital" says the doctor. "Luigi, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you have stage 4 colon cancer." Luigi's eyes become blank and he only stares forward. "Doctor, what happened to mya brother?" He asked.
"Luigi that's not important right no...."
"WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO MY BROTHER GOD DAMMIT" Luigi screams at the doctor.
"He's been missing for a couple of hours now. We have no sign of him anywhere. It's best to say that the bloods in the area shot and killed your brother." The doctors looks back at his papers. "That's not important right now Luigi, now you have colon cancer."
"MY BROTHER IS MISSING!" Luigi shouts. "I saw him get sucked into that pipe, he's in there somewhere."
"Pipe?" The doctor asks curiously.
"Yes the pipe" Luigi replies. "We were fixing a pipe at Mr. Spike's house."
"Luigi, when we found you, you were in some random crack head alley" the doctor told him. "There is no Mr. Spike in this town either. Do we need to put you in a mental institution?"
"Mother please get me out of here" Luigi asks his mother. As they return home, Luigi goes straight to his room and doesn't come out. After three days of no sign from Luigi, the brothers mother walks into the room and finds Luigi hanging from the ceiling fan tied by his belt. Under his lifeless corpse there is a note that reads "I will be with my brother forever."
