Between the two captains, Tashigi had better skill with her weapon, but Koby was quick. Keeping the two of them in front of you was a chore, but if you focused on Tashigi you noticed that Koby focused on supporting her, instead of coming directly after you. Regardless of the reasoning he had for doing so, it only worked in your favor. If you had been forced to try and keep track of the speedy young man you would've lost track of Tashigi and she had an actual ruthless streak in her.
Both of them were at a stark disadvantage, since trying to subdue and capture someone was much harder than simply dispatching them. No matter how practiced you were at capture, you had to be careful, and the Captains were less practiced than the Vice Admirals you had left behind.
Lunging at Tashigi you aimed for her sword, catching it in the middle of her block and knocking it aside. The break in pattern made her grunt, you stepped in closer turning your sword and catching her in the gut with the hilt. You turn to step around her and finish the move with a blow to the back of her head, but Koby steps in and breaks your pattern.
When he catches your sword in his hand you're completely certain that both captains can use haki. It feels like they're a step down from where you've managed to reach, but you're not sure if they're holding back or if you're getting over-confident, so you don't let the idea change your plans. You push your sword into Koby's grip and step toward him.
"Koby said you were a demon in the body of a man."
"Friend of Luffy's?" You ask and see the flicker cross his face before you take advantage of it to push him back. You step back and dodge Tashigi's lunge and have the two of them in front of you again.
The trade of blows and strikes continues. Koby manages to land a solid hit, and Tashigi nearly did as well, but once you caught Koby's coat the fight was over. You threw your sword at Tashigi to free your hands and grabbed the young man by the shoulders. You jerked the coat roughly and twisted it quickly, pinning his arms down inside it. With no speed and no arms you lift him bodily – he's solid, but not nearly as heavy as the monsters you faced back in Winternight.
You had been strong back home, in this world you were even stronger. Certainly enough to hurl an average young adult toward another one. Tashigi moved her sword away in time to try and catch Koby, but his weight and momentum were enough that the one-armed maneuver wasn't steady enough and they ended up head over heels.
Dashing toward them you tightened the knots holding Koby as you pinned Tashigi with your body weight.
"You're both really good, but," you pull your arm back and make a fist. "You're both a little too nice!" Both of the flinch and close their eyes at the impending impact and you take the chance to tie them up more tightly, grabbing cuffs from Koby's belt and locking one of his wrists to one of Tashigi's ankles. You fish around in his pockets as the two squirm and protest and find what you're looking for.
"I'll keep this." You say pocketing the key. "Good luck." You check your knots one more time before getting off the two of them and look at the key to the shackles. "I hope those all have the same lock."
Waving cheerfully, and ignoring the yells for you to return the key you focus on your observation for a moment, and realize that the fight isn't going well for Luffy. There's a few unconscious forms around him, but he looks like he's on his last legs, and too many vice admirals are still standing.
You don't have much left to give, and you should just go back to the ship as you were practically ordered, but you couldn't sense anyone else around to give Luffy a hand. Best case scenario you can grab him and run, worst case scenario you are overpowered by the vice admirals who are still conscious and you're caught in record time.
