The Professor began to unravel his turban and let it fall to the ground before turning around so Hadrian could see a face coming out of the head, "Harry Potter!" the voice called out as a greeting. "Do you see what I have become?" the wispy voice questioned. "Do you see what I must do to survive?" the same voice asked again.
That's just vile. A face on the back of the Professor's head? And what for? The Professor is going to die as soon as the wraith leaves. Hadrian carefully kept his face as neutral as possible, "You were the one defiling the unicorns?! Drinking their blood?" He questioned, his face screwed up in disgust.
"Unicorn blood can only sustain me for a little bit. Before I must consume more." the voice agreed. "What I need to return to my body is that stone which resides in your pocket."
Hadrian stilled just slightly, his hand hovering over the pocket the stone is in. "I doubt you really know what you're doing Thomas." he warned the wraith.
"Don't ever call me that plebeian name!" The wraith snarled out. "I could bring your parents back, Harry. Wouldn't you like that?" He tried another tactic. Playing on the fact the boy would want his parents back like every orphan would. What he failed to realize was that Hadrian already had a family, one that he created himself and one he planned to expand on.
Hadrian chuckled, "You really have no idea do you?" he questioned sardonically. "I will not give you the stone Thomas. You will just have to find another way to return."
"Kill Him!" The voice declared and Quirrell moved. Hadrian tried to fire spell after spell towards the deranged man only for the older man to either shield, redirect or dodge out of the way. Quirrell moved quickly and swiftly, knocking Hadrian's wand out of his hand with a well timed Expelliarmus. He lunged forward wrapping his hand around the boy's throat and began to choke him.
Hadrian tripped and fell to the ground landing hard on his back, Quirrell fell with him landing on top of the child's body. Using the weight he just gained Quirrell continued to choke Hadrian with the help of the stairs they landed on. Hadrian thrashed and grappled trying to pry the hands from his person. "Ahhh~!" Quirrell screamed quickly, moving his hands away, "It burns!" He watched as his hands and arms started to turn to stone before crumbling away.
Hadrian glared at the dying man in front of him, "I forgot about that.." He muttered out before lunging forward and grabbing the man's face. Screwing his nose up in disgust as the smell of burnt flesh invaded his nose. He watched as Quirrell burned away entirely by turning to stone and crumbling to dust.
Neville came barrelling into the room after the allotted time passed, "Ian! Are you ok?" rushing over he grabbed at his friend's arm to steady his person.
"I'll be fine Nev." Hadrian's eyes told another story, showing how much pain he truly was in. Eyes widening when he watched the wraith emerge from the now ashen corpse, "Shit!" he pushed Neville away just in time for the wraith to fly through him and out of the only doorway.
Neville landed hard on the ground and watched as the wraith went through his friend and out the door. Pushing himself up he moved quicker than before to catch his collapsing friend. "Hogwarts! Can you make a doorway that leads directly to Madam Pomfrey?" He bellowed out looking towards the roof of the castle.
The castle gave Neville what felt like a hug before a door appeared within the chamber. Neville reached into Hadrian's pocket and grabbed the stone from his person to hide within his pockets. After making sure the stone was suitably hidden on his person he hefted Hadrian onto his back and carried him through the door that Hogwarts provided. "Now, now Severus the boys will appear when they appear. I'm sure it's them that the potions are disappearing to. I'm just not sure how they are getting them."
