THIRD PERSON POV

'Boom' With that blast, the last monster head was blast into pieces.

"Ok, good job everyone. Our work here is finished" The commander of the team  said and with that, sighs of reliefs can be heard.

"Thank god its over" Mo ran said while throwing a tentacle, which he spilt from the monster body and rubbed his injured arm. He cant wait to go home.

"Sir, this way" A 'E' class Esper said to him and guide him towards the car. Mo ran went inside the car and it start moving.

"Today was a very tough day" Mo ran colleage said with a tired voice. There were three more people inside the car with Mo ran. They all live in the same building.

"When do you think next rift will own?" A person asked.

"Many abnormals can be seen these days. Given today situation, I think next rift will open soon" Mo ran said and they all sigh. Their job rally is very stressful. But have to do it if they want to save humanity and stay alive.

"Are you going to see your guide?" One person sitting in the passenger seat asked.

"Hmm" Mo ran hummed and rest his head against the seat abd closed his eyes throughout the journey.

This all start 25 years ago. Everything was normal. People were happy, they go out to play, have fun. But everything suddenly changed when one morning, a rift opened in the sky and monsters start falling out from there. Monsters, ghouls, zombies, scary animals, these things started roaming the world. Everything was a mess. Everyone was scared, they were scared to even go out. Even military were not be able to do much.

But then, there comes a hope. Suddenly some people started 'Awakne' . Those awakned people started getting power, and with those power they were able to fight those monsters. After that people gets hope. Now everything is like before, but with superpower humans and monsters roaming.

Though those awakned people are powerful. It all depends on their rank. There are lower and higher rank in awakned people. Like F, E, D, C, B, A and S - class Esper ,they are lowest to highest.

S- class Esper are very less but they are the most powerful. And Mo ran is also an S- class Esper.

And then there are Guides. Guides work is a little different. There job is to guide the Esper to keep the Esper from going insane. With guide help, the wounded Esper can recover very quickly. For that, they have to keep physical contact with the guide like hold hand, cuddle, kiss or intercourse. Though, having intercourse is the most useful method. Many Esper even have their own private guides.

Guides also have rank like Espers, lowest to highest. Thought in Guide case, it is a little different. Compatibility is more important. No matter how high a Guide rank is, if they are not compatible to their Esper, then can still heal the Esper but it would be a very slow process.

So thats why, the agency always send the Esper the Guide who they are most compatible with, no matter what the Guide rank is.

"We are here sir" The driver said and Mo ran finally opened his eyes. They all get out of the car and went inside the very luxurious and tall tower. This is also the thing, the more higher your level is, the more powerful and useful you will be to the humanity. Thats why higher lever Esper and guide lives quite a luxery life.

"See you on the next mission" The 'A' class Esper said and they all went their own way. Mo ran lives on the 3rd last floor. He get out of the elevator and open his apartment door.

As soon as he went inside he was hit with an amazing aroma of food. As he went inside the kitchen, he saw Xue meng, his cousin, making food while wearing sweat pants and loose sleeveless shirt.

Mo Ran slowly went behind him and wrapped his arm around his waist from behind. Xue meng wasn't startled, he knew who it was, he smiles a little at Mo ran clingy behaviour.

"You are late. Were the abnormal that powerful today?" Xue meng asked without turning around while also stiring the soup he was making.

"Hmmm, yeah. They were hard to get rid of. Who knows what next time is going to be like" Mo ran whisper in Xue meng neck and nuzzle into it making him shiver. Mo ran breathed the sweet smell that was coming from Xue meng hair and tightened his grip around him.

"Are you ok" Xue meng said and hold the hand around his waist that were holding him. He look down saw that Mo ran hands were burised.

He turn around and his eyes roamed to Mo ran figure. He was burised, not that badly , but still injured.

"Why didn't you said that you were injured!, I could-"

"I am fine. Just tired. And beside, its not that bad. See I am already healing" He showed his injured hand which was already halfway healed.

"What are you making though, I am starving" He said and caress Xue meng cheek to calm him down.

"Let me -"

"Shhh, we can do that later. I am not that injured that I will die. Beside, you are also tired after your shift. Lets eat food first" Mo ran finally convinced him.

"Its chicken soup and dumplings" Xue meng said and he put the food on the the table and they start eating, throughout the whole process Xue meng keep holding Mo ran right hand.

"How was your day?" Mo ran asked while eating a dumpling.

"Fine. There were many injured people though. Quite tiring" He said and caress Mo ran hand.

When they finished eating food Mo ran injury was almost healed. Seeing this Xue meng went to put the plates in the sink. Mo ran frowned and pouted a little seeing Xue meng not coming back. As Xue meng was planning to wash the plates, Mo ran pressed his body against the counter and nuzzle his neck making him gasp.

"I missed you" Mo ran mumbled and lightly kiss Xue meng neck making him moan.

"Y-you were only gone 'moan' for some ......hours" He gasp as Mo ran rubbed his body against him.

"Doesn't matter. I miss you every time we are away from each other" Mo ran huskiley said in his ear. Xue meng panted and turn around.

"Though my injuries are almost healed ......can we" Mo ran looks at Xue meng lips and slowly leans forward. Xue meng close the distance between them. Their lips pressed against each other and both devoured each other lips.

Mo ran spun Xue meng body and pressed him against the wall and started taking of their clothes while still kissing. Xue meng hands lays on Mo ran muscular chest .

"N-not.....hmm~.. here" Xue meng said while gasping as Mo ran sucked his neck. As he said, Mo ran lift Xue meng body and Xue meng wrapped his legs around Mo ran waist and they went to the couch.

Mo ran lay him down and pulled their pants and threw them aside. While kissing, Mo ran injury were completely healed.

That was the power of Guide. Their power can heal injured Espers and Xue meng is also a high class guide. More importantly, he is Mo ran, his cousin's Guide.
