Not that much cause I barely wanna explain n yeah but I had a dream shift last night, it was my dinosaur (chirostenotes) theriotype of me and my sister running and just having a good time as we were heading to Canada but I remember her dying before we even got to Canada but I also found a mate. I'm trying guided meditation too because I also realized that I just did regular meditations instead of guided ones so I might go through some changes.
