Destiny's POV
"Potential? I have potential?" I asked Sensei. Sensei walked out of the room, I followed. "Yes, You can do powerful things" Sensei said. We had entered some sort of control room, I hadn't been in this room before. A girl in a samurai suit was looking at one of the screens. "Hello Nya. This is Destiny. The master of kindness" Sensei said. Nya looked at me and smiled. "Hi Destiny! I'm Nya!" She said sticking out her hand. I shook her hand. "Kai informed me that there are three people destined to bring this shadow warrior back. Sensei, What does that mean?" Nya asked the Sensei. "It is their destiny to bring the shadow warrior back to Ninjago, no matter how they do it" Sensei said. Nya went back to looking at the screen. "What are you looking for?" I asked. "Frankly, I don't know" Nya responded. Sensei left the room and I followed. "It was nice to meet you!" I told Nya. "How do I unlock my potential?" I asked. Sensei walked out onto the training deck and faced me. "It is a hard thing to do, but in time you'll learn how to unlock and even use your potential for good" Sensei said. I shrugged my shoulders.
Zane's POV
We were back in Ninjago City once more. "How do we find this Master of Night and Day?" Jay asked. "It's not going to be bumping into people and seeing who's kind this time" Cole said. "Did Sensei even tell us how we find this master?" Kai asked. "Yes. He did" I said. The others looked at me like I was crazy. "All we have to do is use this machine" I said holding the machine. "Whoa, Where did you get that?" Jay asked looking at the machine. "Sensei said to me that all we have to do is push this button and it will glow one of three colors. Red, Orange, or Green" I said. The machine was small, like a ring, but was slightly bigger, and it was gray. "When it glows red, we are no where near the master of night/day, It will glow orange when we are close, And it will glow green if we are right next to them" I looked up at the others. Jay looked fascinated by the machine, Kai looked amused, and Cole looked like he was somewhere else. "Let's find this master of night/day" Kai said. I pushed the button and the machine glowed red.
Cole's POVZane turned left, but then changed his mind and went right. "Master of night/day, How come I've never heard of them before?" I asked. "Maybe they like to blend in with the night." Jay joked. "It's orange know" Zane said. I looked at the street sign, Springview. "Why would the master of night/day be here" Kai asked. Springview was a street, that was very odd. "No clue" Zane said. "This might take a while" I said.
Destiny's POVI took a deep breath. Sensei had been training me for a while. "Like my nephew says, A ninja never quits" I looked up. "I'm no where close to quitting" I said. Sensei smiled. "You must focus on your energy, find something that could trigger your power" Sensei said. I closed my eyes. Nothing really triggered my power. Unless it did, and I just didn't realize it. "Energy" I whispered. I opened my eyes to see Wu, drinking tea. "Focus!" He said. I closed my eyes. Energy, Focus, on energy! I opened my eyes once more, but I wasn't on the bounty. I was in my old apartment building. "Is that what Wu meant?" I asked myself. I looked around the room, I was in my bedroom looking out the window. "Energy" Wu's voice echoed around the room. "You need to focus!" I closed my eyes again. "Focus on your power!" I opened my eyes one last time. I was back on the bounty. "Do it it again" Wu said. I sighed.
Kai's POV"It's still orange" Zane said. We have been on Springview for almost an hour now. Zane wondered between buildings. Old buildings, New buildings, you name it. Zane stopped in front of a library. "It stays orange here but is red over there" Zane said pointing to his right. "Well, they have to be in here then" I said. We walked into the library. There were books everywhere, just what you would expect in a library. "Is that what I think it is?" Cole asked. I looked at Cole who was pointing at a cake cookbook, limited edition. "Well, I know what I want for my birthday" Cole said. "SHHHH" I looked at the librarian. She was taller than me, had green eyes, and red hair. "Come on, Zane's moving again" Jay whispered. We continued walking. We, (Jay and I), had to practically drag Cole away from the cookbook. When we caught up to Zane, he was standing in front of the Mystery section. "It's green" Zane whispered. We all looked past Zane, to see a girl. She had blond-yellow hair, green eyes, and she had pale skin. She was wearing a purple T-shirt, jeans, and green tennis shoes. She picked up a book from the shelf. I caught a glimpse of the title, Black as Night. "That's her" I whispered. She looked up. "Jay, don't say anything" Cole whispered. "Can I help you?" She asked. I looked back at Cole. "Whoa" He said. I looked back at the girl, who's hair was now blue. "How did you do that?" I asked. "Do what? Oh my hair. It changes colors, like my emotions" She said. "Did you know that you behold power within you?" Zane asked. "Yes, I did. Why?" She asked, her hair turned green, then back to blue. "We need your help" Jay said. "Could you come back with us to the bounty; What is your name?" I asked. "Ariana Destine, but you can call me Destiny" She said. This just got confusing.
