Chapter 15: Invitation

After the party was over you went to bed as you were too tried to even pay attention to what was going on in the world

Of course not realizing the announcement to be done that day

After you woke up your day went mostly normal a few people coming over to give their greatings here and there

Most workers were given the day off since it was very busy last night

You also went to visit your mom but Turns out she was already on her way to say good morning and bringing breakfast to you

"Hello My Baby" She said with a smile

"Oh hello mama!" You smiled back as you let her in

"Here's breakfast I hope you like it" and she said that you said down and started to eat

"Say Y/n.... How would you feel like going to another party with children your age?......"

"Huh?" You said confused

"How would you feel like going to a party with children your age" she repeated

To be honest you weren't really fond of the idea it wasn't for the fact that you don't like really much going to parties it was for the fact that it's children and technically they aren't in your age

More or less you have the gut feeling that they were going to try and insult you with their hidden messages and whatever and you clearly don't have the brain cells nor time to deal with that

But if she was asking does this mean that someone decided to invite you?

You decided to just go with the question

"I wouldn't really mind but why are you asking?" You said

Well a very well-known Noble family here in Snezhnaya sent an invitation for you to come over to a children's Tea Party" She said crossing her legs

So you were correct someone send an invitation for you even though you wanted to reject the invitation,

you knew for a fact that certain nobles don't take no for an answer and you clearly didn't know if the snow will probably take the no for an answer you thought that it was best that you go, give it a try and then leave

"I think I'll go mother but I have a question can I bring an escort with me? " You smiled as you started finishing up your breakfast

"Of course you can actually if you want you can take one of the harbingers with you many of us are going to be on vacation after this because soon enough we're going to be preparing for a long eroded mission angle that we've had" She said

"Are you also going to get a vacation mama?" you asked

"Ah.... No sadly I won't be able to get a vacation I need to prepare for one final mission I need to head to but you shouldn't worry about that you know why?"

You were a bit confused so you raised your eyebrows a little

"Why?" You asked curiously

"Because you will be coming with me on this" she smiled

Oh.....

Oh damn you were happy

so happy that you could just jump off the table

Quickly you gave your mother a hug

"I....get to go with you?..."

"Yes of course"

"Yes! Thank you mama!" You said happily

"Yes yes and you don't need to be worried about packing your things since we're only going to be packing out a little since I thought it would be nice to let you go shopping once we're there" She said

"Yes!" You said kissing her cheek

Signora kissed your cheek happily too

(A/n: y'all better not even come about me about this small scene because I'm literally going to come at you guys have your parents never like kissed you all in the cheek or something because my mom did when I was little and I would do too and besides that it's not what some of yours dirty minds could be like)

"So don't worry I'll take care of everything also who do you plan on taking as an escort?" She asked

Well if you were to be honest you didn't know who the hell you were going to take with you and that was for the mere fact that now you had the chance to bring a Harbinger with you

But you decided that maybe bringing the harbinger with you wouldn't be a good Idea

"I think I'll bring that friend I made when I was at the ball" You said

"Oh?....may I know the name?" She asked

"Ajax!..."

(A/n: I am deadass so sorry everyone for my absence I was just so badly sick that I wasn't able to write chapters like I wasn't able to write this chapter but even if I wanted to post it I couldn't because I was just sick I really couldn't do anything, I would like to also inform you all that after this we're going to be doing a small time skips to Ajax becoming a Harbinger along with Diluc breaking  into Snezhnaya and going on a killing spree)

(Another A/n: lately I've been seeing new readers tell me about how my grammar and my very first past chapters like when it first started this book telling me it's pissing me off I'm just going to put this here but like if you don't like it you can go away I don't know if I've already stated this before but I was planning on fixing all grammar spelling mistakes once I was done with this book which I like to inform some of you readers that it's almost halfway done with this book as we are getting closer to the main story and obviously I'm going to be skipping a ton of parts from the main story because literally most of them wouldn't even concern us until later on but yeah I would like to inform that we're getting to halfway of the story and after I'm done with halfway of the story I plan on taking a break once I'm halfway done so that I can focus on writing the final half of the story and the traumatizing endings that I have planned for this book, also if any of you all are curious to know what some of these four endings will include like the main theme that will happen in the endings just comment down and I'll post to you all what the endings are going to more or less circle around of that way if people don't wish to be spoiled then that just means they don't have to click under the comment anyways thank you all for the support I truly appreciate it thank you for sticking up to this book ❤️)
