Jay's POV-

We're all sitting in one of the booths of the chow house eating,

Cole: "At least the chow's good"

"Argh! It's killing me, what's under the trap door? What happens when you lose?" I ramble on as Sensei Garmadon try's stops me

Garmadon: "Don't think about that"

"It's all I can think about, I moved on, I feel guilt, these are not good feeling"

Kai: "You think you feel bad?" Kai slams his hand on the table softly "Imagine how I feel, our mission is simple tonight we find Zane and get off this crazy island"

Cole: "And just how are we supposed to do that? you heard Chen, break a rule and we're out, He's not gonna let us roam around"

Kai: "Then it's a good thing we're Ninja, Meet me in my room at midnight"

Mr Pale walks over and asks if he could join,

"Disappear, pal! This is private" I reply a little to harshly but it was in the heat of the moment, he does disappear but now there's just a floating tray of food I sigh in annoyance "Uhh, I know you're still here I can see your lunch tray" he reappears and walks of

Cole: "Hmm..." he looks back at me "Wow Jay you were really mean"

"How am I supposed to know if we can trust him?" I say in defence "See what this island is doing to me? It's corrupting me, It has to stop" I yell in anger, and I roll my eye with more frustration as Jasper of all people walks up to the table "No! you can not sit with us!" I yell at him as he stops in front of our table

Lloyd: "Okay Jay calm down" I look over at Lloyd then back at Jasper who says nothing giving me a bone chilling glare that we all shivered at apart from Sensei, he said nothing and just handed a letter to Sensei and walked off, we watch as Sensei opens the letter and reads it,

Kai: "What does it say?" Sensei looks at Kai then back at the letter folding it and putting it away

Garmadon: "Nothing important"

Jay: "What do you mean nothing important"

Garmadon: "It's for me you don't need to know" he said sternly "So drop it" I turn back to the guys confused and slightly frightened,

Jay: "I'll see you tonight."

The letter-

I assume you have many questions as to why I'm here. Meet me in the gardens at 3 tonight and I will answer and explain as many things as I can. Also your ninja are very loud, I'll try and keep them out of trouble from Chen or Clouse for that matter.

Kai's POV-

As I'm admiring my handsome self in the mirror, the clock ticks to midnight so I run out to the balcony to wait for the others. The first to appear are Lloyd and Cole they head inside as I spot Jay jumping down, but Skylar comes out of her room as Jay jumps onto my balcony railing, so I push him of and his yelling catches Skylar's attention,

Skylar: "What was that you said?"

Kai: "Uh, I said... w-w-what a beautiful night" I improvise whilst Skylar looks at me like I'm an idiot "Ha,Ha"

Jay: "Aw come on" Jay struggles to hold on below me but Skylar continues to talk walking over,

Skylar: "What do you think happen to Karlof?"

Kai: "I feel horrible, If I had known what would happen--"

Skylar: "You did what you had to do to stay in the tournament, I'm sorry if I was cold to you earlier"

Jay: "Psst" God as much as I would like to talk to Skylar I need to help Jay

Skylar: "Maybe it's good to have friends here"

Jay: "Kai!" he whispered to me angerly

Kai: "Jay, would you stop making noise" I reply to Jay frustrated cause I'm trying to save his ass

Skylar: "You had asked about my power..."

Kai: "Uh, yeah, oh it's so cold out, Uhh better call it a night, heh, heh" I fake beginning cold and run inside

Skylar: "Oh, Okay sorry to have bothered--" I hear her through the door

Kai: "Oh, okay, Good night" I pop my head out the door, when she walked back into her room I ran to help Jay

Jay: "You just had to leave me, hanging, huh, Romeo?"

Kai: "I was trying to save your ass" we walked back inside Cole was laying down eating my chocolate covered shell peas and Lloyd was sitting next to him,

Jay: "Whoa-ho-ho-ho, Nice digs"

Cole: "I know, His room is so much nicer than mine, Look he has chocolate covered shell peas, I love these!" He eats some then jumps around happily landing on my bed "Oh, and look how soft your pillows are, Man mine are made of rock what a crock, although Jasper did give me a nice soft pillow"

Lloyd: "He gave you a pillow?"

Cole: "Yeah"

Jay: "Okay, it was almost impossible to get here, this place is swarming with guards, Any ideas on how we search the island?"

Kai: "We travel by shadow, cover every square inch of this place until we find him"

3rd Person POV-

Cole pushes his head back on one of Kai's pillows and to bed flips around, the others don't realise Cole disappeared,

Jay: "The island's big We'll need to split up"

Lloyd: "No we stick together" Cole reappears on the bed

Cole: "uh, guys... This bed is, uh..."

Kai: "Cole, I get it! You like my bed would you stop playing around!"

Cole: "I think I know how we fined Zane"
