3rd person POV

The crowd of Master's and Chen cheer for Ash as the ninja and Skylar watch worriedly even Jasper has a small look of uncertainty. Kai recovers pulling himself back up onto the bridge. He shoots his flames at Ash only for him to turn into smoke.

Master Chen: "No magic" he says grabbing Clouse's hand as he try's to cast is dark magic "I'm enjoying this" he finishes

Ash appears behind Kai, who blasts the other end of the bridge causing it to fall as Ash and Kai land on the rocks below the blade in between them. They both jump for the blade, getting pushed back as they fight each other. Ash turns jumps towards the blade and Kai shoots his fire at him making his turn into smoke giving Kai the opening to grab the blade.

Master Chen: "Winner!" he points to Kai as the crowd cheer "Loser!" Chen then points to Ash, "Master of Fire moves on" Chen presses on of his many buttons sending Ash down the trap door.

Jasper's POV

The Kabuki are seen dancing in the throne room as Chen sits on his throne childishly enjoying the show, Clouse and I stand either side of his throne.

Clouse: "Master, it was the ninja who snuck into our ceremony, yet we allow them to move forward" he whispers to Chen "I beg you, let me use my sorcery and put an end to this" he says swirling his dark magic in his hand.

Master Chen: "We'll use your magic in time but not now, not when there are others ways to whittle them down. Perhaps it's time to switch things up" he says laughing maniacally

"But Master you can't do that its unfair" I say annoyed trying to mask my fear for the ninja.

Clouse: "Do you learn nothing you insolent bitch!" he says slapping me across the face so hard is sends me to the floor

Master Chen: "To win you do not play fair, you do what's necessary for you plan to become the result" he says laughing as Clouse hits me

I go to retaliate but I stop knowing the out come of my reaction will be worse than what Clouse just did, so I slump in defeat holding my cheek.

Jay's POV

The ninja, Garmadon and I walk towards the other elemental masters who are gathered around the score board chatting.

"What's all the commotion?" I ask pushing through the crowd. Once our eyes sets upon the board we collectively gasp.

Cole: "No, He can't do this" Cole looks at me frantically

Lloyd: "He already did" Lloyd says from behind me

Cole: "We gotta fight each other!" Cole says looking at me again

"Ah, but why does it say I have to fight Cole? it didn't say that before, I'm not ready to fight" I ramble missing the look Kai and Lloyd gave each other from behind me "It was supposed to be my day off" I finish slumping in defeat

Cole: "I tried to warn you, but you never listen, Talk? yes, Listen? not so much" Cole sat angerly to me

Clouse: "Is there a problem ninja?" he asks walking over to us followed my Jasper and some of Chen goons

Cole: "You cheated! you changed the brackets" he says pointing at Clouse then the board

Clouse: "Oopsie" he says while turning around to walk away, Chens goons following after him while laughing

Lloyd: "What do we do? They can't fight each other" Lloyd asks his Father "We came to become whole not fall further apart"

Garmadon: "You can't undo what's been done" he answers sternly "My only advise is to be at peace with it"

"Peace? one us has to lose!" I yell pushing past Kai "And can't you do anything your his little pet!" I say pointing at Jasper

Jasper: "I'm not his pet" he says glaring at me "And I'm sorry it turned out this way" he says h domineer turning to one of sympathy, he then turns to look away but Garmadon grabs his arm

"Oh, my gosh it's totally gonna be me, he's got super strength and what do I have?" I ramble "Quick, tell me! What do I have?" I say frantically yelling

Lloyd: "Don't listen to my Dad! We find Zane then none of us have to battle" Lloyd try's to calm me down "Your fight isn't until tonight so we still have time to figure out what Chen's up to and stop this"

Kai: "I think I know just the person who can help and umm you do relies Jasper is still here?" He says pointing to Jasper since Lloyd just spilled our plans

Jasper: "I heard nothing" he says pretending not to hear us walking away

Cole & Garmadon: "Wait!" they both call out to Jasper making him stop looking back confused

Cole: "You first sensei" Cole says letting Garmadon speak first

Garmadon: He nods at Cole in a thanks "I wanted to talk to you meet me in the garden after there fight" He tells Jasper who nods hesitantly

Cole: He laughs awkwardly when Jasper looks at him "May we talk in private" he question receives a nod from Jasper who tilts his head in a 'follow me gesture' and the two walk of earn sly smirks from Lloyd and Kai.
