3rd person POV

Lloyd: "This isn't a fighting tournament, it's an alibi for Chen to steal everyone's powers" he turns to Kai "But we still don't know why"

Kai: "Isn't it obvious? Chen wants to destroy New Ninjago City, I don't know what it is but that place has had a string of bad luck" he states but is quickly shut down by Cole

Cole: "I'm not so sure, from what Sensei G's told us about him, I have a feeling it's something far more sinister"

Jay: "And may I remind us, we still don't know where Zane is, which is why we all need to take care of our first rounds" he rants on whilst Cole looks at him with disbelief that Jay is still in his pj's "Don't look at me, I've already moved on"

Cole: "Your opponent got himself kicked out" he retorts back at Jay

Jay: "Ha ha, Either way, it's my day off" pointing to himself "Extra creamy biscuits and don't skimp" the man gives Jay extra, then him and Cole walk towards the others

Cole: "Taking a day off? and here I thought ninja never quit"

Jay: "And I used to think a ninja wouldn't steal your girlfriend" Jay counters Cole's comment

Both of them get cut of by Garmadon "Whatever you have to say to each other, say it now because harbouring grudges hurts no one but yourselves"

Lloyd: "He's right" he agrees with his father "You should be preparing to fight your next opponent, not each other"

Cole: "What grudge? I already dropped it" Cole defends himself

Jay: "I dropped it first" Jay try's to make it about him

Cole: "Did not"

Jay: "Did too" Jay and Cole nudge each other making Jay's food spill on the floor,

Garmadon: Sighs in annoyance "This tournament will test them, Lloyd either find a way for them to make peace, or nether of them will move on"

Kai: "Oi! Jay, Cole nock it off so we can go eat plus Cole as eyes for someone else anyway" he gives him a sly smirk with Lloyd giggling beside him,

Cole: "I Do Not!" he yells turning his head away so no one could see the red creping along his face

Lloyd: "Mhm, yeah totally not" he says sarcastically joining in on the teasing living Jay very confused

"Who?" Jay question but doesn't get an answer.

Kai: "Oh, yeah speaking of him, Sensei is everything ok with the letter Jasper gave you? what about last night?" he questioned Garmadon

"Yes everything is fine Kai nothing to worry about, just know he is on our side" Garmadon answers hiding his true emotions from last night

Jay: "Hey! Don't ignore me who are you talking about? Who does Cole like and why did you mention Jasper as if Cole li— Ohhhhhhhh hehe I get it now" Jay rubs the back of his neck awkwardly

Master Chen (PA): "The tournament of Elements continues, Fun time!" Chen shouts over the PA system "Would the following Masters please make their way to their assigned arena" Chen explains "Speed, Gravity, Smoke, Nature, Mind oh and last and hopefully not least..."

Jay: "Huh maybe we all got the day off" he thinks out loud

"Fire!" Chen continues, Kai is shocked that he was called then he looks at Skylar with the same expression on her own face "Remember, only one can remain"

The rounds commence with the first to fight being Turner Master of Speed vs Gravis Master of Gravity, in the end Turner wins.

The nest round is Neuro Master of Mind vs Bolobo Master of Nature, in the end Neuro wins.

And the last round is Kai Master of Fire vs Ash Master of Smoke. Kai and Ash run towards the blade, Ash grabs onto the bridge making it shake swinging Kai of luckily grabbing a hold of the bridge only to dangle above a pit of lava, looking at the blade wedge in a stone pillar below him. Kai uses the slats of the bridge like monkey bars making his way toward the blade, as Ash run across the bridge. Kai breaks through the bridge trying to kick Ash but he turns into a puff of smoke, laughing as he turns around to face Kai sending a puff of smoke that Kai deflects and try's to hit Ash again only for him to puff behind where Kai landed, this happens accouple more times before Ash punches Kai in the face sending him through the floor of the bridge to yet again dangle above the lava.

Sorry if it is to fast with the relation ship, but I can just see the ninja poking fun at each other even for looking at someone for long periods of time.
