POV : Azmuth
Looking at the God of Abyss in front of me, he furiously watched as above us my Lanterns received an increase of one hundred and twenty percent. The recruits were now able to withstand the five dragons, which meant that the power levels had shifted in our favor.
Knull attacked me with his sword, but I dodged at super speed and attacked with a powerful blast of red energy from my eyes, aiming at his arms, passing through them and leaving a hole. But he did not drop his sword and struck me with a blow that sent me flying off the planet.
In moments, he was already in front of me, but I used the cosmic power that members of the Elders of the Universe are able to use.
Using my energy in my hands, I hit his jaw hard and fast enough to hear it crack. But he rushes into the fight, caring nothing to plunge his sword into my stomach, but it does not weaken me, and I grab his face and bring him closer to me, crushing with one blow of the head.
I then flew past several of his "children", killing them and pouring cosmic energy into his face. But he put his hand on my head and hit me with such force that the planet split apart.
I spat out blood and saw that he arrived without a jaw and with a broken face, but I could still see his crazy smile. Knull prepared a blast of energy as I retrieved my ring using cosmic energy.
From a distance, a bluish-green glow and darkness could be seen engulfing the planet, destroying it and sending two cosmic beings in opposite directions.
I need to buy time, soon everything will be ready, but for now I will continue to hit his ugly face. But to my surprise, he was already standing in front of me and hacking with his sword. In response, I created the design of the sword, and we began a fencing duel.
Several blows passed, blood oozed from the cuts on my body and floated in space, and Knull seemed to have no blood, he was made of liquid darkness, and his body regenerated at an absurd rate
We've been fighting for two hours now and I've reached my limit, even though I have all these powers, I'm not a god, unlike people like Thor or even Hercules who can fight for years without stopping. My body is simply immortal for time, and Knull's sword was absorbing my energy, making me tired.
"You fight well, far better than any god I've ever faced. But I have to ask what you expected to fight me. I killed the Celestials and you thought you could defeat me with a handful of soldiers and determination ?"
"No... I'm not stupid enough to count on it, the plan was much more thoughtful."
I smile and take the device with the green and black hourglass symbol on it, fire it up and put it in Knull's mouth, pushing it down his throat, which surprises him, and soon a pulse of energy spreads throughout sector 666.
The symbiont dragons affected by the impulse began to separate into small black balls, which began to take on an aesthetic change - green outlines appeared.
After that, they began to approach Knull, who tried to wave his hand, but noticed something that made his eyes widen.
"My plan was to strip your hivemind from your minions and infuse them with my technology, turning it into something new and clear against you."
And soon an almost infinite number of black spheres with black outlines began to fall on Knull like rain. He attacked them, trying to get rid of them, but was consumed by a sea of modified symbiotes. For a Ben 10 fan like me, Upgrade was one of the best alien concepts from the series.
And in a short period of time, a black planet with green details a little larger than the moon appeared in front of me in the center of the destroyed sector 666, which will henceforth be a dead zone. I will close this sector because the threat is too great and send a message to Arishem to try to keep this place safe.
But for priority purposes, first look at the damage and loss of my Corps and my Lanterns, unfortunately, many of them probably met their end today. After everyone returns home, a magnificent funeral will be held.
It's been two hundred years since everyone regrouped for the great return to Oa. A new reform in the Corps was needed because out of 7,500 members, only 3,000 returned. My best strategy to avoid this in the future is to have five Lanterns per sector. It was naive of me to think that only two would be enough.
And one more thing, it seems that the Earth has entered the first level of development, and civilization and cavemen have appeared on the planet, this means that some Celestials will appear soon, as well as chances to interfere with some things.
The Celestials now take a liking to me, as I have arrested and gifted one of their greatest enemies. Of course, in exchange for a wonderful amount of vibranium, which is one of the materials for the rings. This amount was enough to build a planet, but I mainly used it for rings and portable batteries.
I had plans for the rest, but for this I needed other materials, even more rare. It's time to go to very famous worlds, Asgard and Nidavelir should be great at this time of the year.
