Third POV

And now one hundred and seventy years have passed since the fall of the meteor. The man, now called "Immortal", built a great city. Where did he bring his people, the descendants of the tribe he saved and his own relatives who inherited his gene and received special abilities.

The clan of the Immortals with its gift helped their father, and together with other normal Homo sapiens a great city was built, which eventually became a great metropolis.

It was a beautiful sight. In the center of the city there was a castle in which the Immortal lived. In one of the rooms sat a ten-year-old girl with long red hair and looked out of the window with curiosity. This girl had the nickname Fiery Hair, given to her by her father Immortal.

The girl was the last child of the Immortal and was very dear to him. She had not awakened her gift yet, and this worried many of the royals, including Firehair herself. But the Immortal stood his ground and said that soon she would awaken her powers.

Despite her father's support, she was still afraid of falling short of expectations. I was afraid to disappoint him and never become like everyone else. This fear was very deep, but despite all this, her father was there for her and always told stories about when he was not so strong. How the gods helped him and that she would soon be more special than he was.

Remembering this, she always smiled and, looking at the city, she felt that this place would exist forever. But soon something changed. As fire flared in her eyes and she had visions of a burning house with bodies on the floor, including her father, who was known to be invincible.

There was a massive explosion of fire outside the room, which was seen by the people, including the Immortal. He went to see what had happened, and his eyes widened when he saw that where his daughter's room had been, there was a large fiery tornado. He did not hesitate and flew into the flames to save his daughter.

But even his strength and healing abilities did not prevent him from feeling all the pain from falling into a whirlwind of fire. It was like nothing he had ever felt. Those flames were much hotter and more painful than the ones he had ever been in, but even that didn't stop him. With the skeleton already manifested, he was finally able to get to his daughter. It glowed, and behind it was the image of a bird. He did not understand anything, but nevertheless took his daughter's small hand and, even feeling the intense heat that she radiated, embraced her.

"Jin! Wake up please!"

He screamed with all his strength, which soon burned out, and he could no longer speak. But he heard his daughter's voice in his mind.

"Daddy! What's happening?!"

"Expensive! I need you to focus on me!Forget about everything around and focus on my voice."

“Alright… it’s all so bright, what’s going on?”

She was at a loss why everything was so bright and warm, as if she had been covered with a blanket in winter.

“I need you to put out the fire, dear. Think about how you put out the light, as if you were blowing out a candle.

She followed her father's advice. At that moment, he was practically a skeleton. But soon the fire subsided. The skeleton in rags was holding a ten-year-old child in his arms - the Immortal returned to normal ..

The Immortal King looked at his daughter sleeping in his arms and smiled in relief that the worst was over. But soon he began to worry about all the subsequent destruction.

“Your abilities have manifested, but does it make it any better?

he thought doubtfully. But in his heart he decided that he would take care of his daughter so that she would not harm others, or worse, herself.
