To say Nancy was worried was an understatement. She was terrified.

She was about to meet Robin's abnormally large family, and not as just her friend, but as her girlfriend.

I mean don't get her wrong she loves Robin with all of her heart and more but she can't help but worry about the possibility that they don't like her. Robin had assured her that they'd love her and that they wouldn't judge them because Robins family was surprisingly open minded for it being Indiana and the 80s, but she was worried they would hate her and stop her from seeing Robin.

"I can hear you thinking from over here, Wheeler."
"Yeah sorry, I'm just nervous," she responded.
"Hey don't be, they'll love you, never as much as I love you, but no one can love you as much as I love you."

Nancy turned in her seat to look at Robin "I know you love me Robs, but what if they don't?"
"They will." Robin stated, "And even if they don't i'll make them."

That seemed to calm nancy down, and in good time too, they had arrived at Robin's house.
"This is it. Home sweet home, prepare for chaos."

Nancy laughed and stepped out of the car waiting for Robin to do the same. She followed Robin to the front door where she threw the door open and yelled, "We're here!" into the small but well lived in house. She was greeted with sounds of tiny footsteps running towards them, when a tiny Robin ran into her girlfriend's arms.

"Hey Bella, you missed me?" She was met with a grunt in affirmation as more of Robin's siblings walked or ran into the room.

There were two boys, who looked to be twins that stood just behind Robin and Bella. Behind them were two girls one slightly younger than the other, the older looking to be 13 or 14. They still stood in the doorway leading to what Nancy assumed to be the kitchen.

Robin placed Bella down on the floor and waved to the girls as the boys stared at Nancy, clearly confused on why this random person was stood in their doorway.

"Who's this, Robin?" the one on the right asked.

"This is Nancy," she replied taking Nancy's hand.

"This is Nancy?" the older girl asked incredulously. To this, Robin scoffed.

" Anyways, this is Sadie," she gestured vaguely to the girl who just spoke, "That's Alex, Wyatt and Stanley," she pointed to the slightly younger girl stood in the doorway, then the younger boy who spoke, then his twin. "And this is Bella," Robin finished by prodding the girl she held earlier in the side. "Oh and Toby's in the other room with Mom and Dad. Toby's the baby." the whispered the last part in Nancy's ear.

"She really is pretty Robbie." Bella spoke up gazing lustfully at Nancy. Robin chuckled and said, "I know right?" also gazing at Nancy, who felt a red hot blush creep up her neck and cheeks.

"Hey you know what else is pretty? Dad's mac and cheese." Sadie spoke up from the doorway.

"Shut up."

Nancy found herself sat, in between Robin and her youngest sister Bella, who took an immediate liking to her and wouldn't stray away from Nancy or her sister.

"So, Nancy, how long have you been seeing Robin?" Robin's Dad spoke up from across the table.
"Dad-" Robin started, soon to be interrupted.
"No Robs it's okay, we've been together for just over five months," Nancy replied. The man hummed in response and the table soon settled into an awkward silence, with the occasional clinks of cutlery hitting plates while everyone ate.
