You two have argued before but it's not something that you guys do often but whenever you do you both never like to fall asleep mad at each other
you would usally give each other space and isolte yourselfs until you both fell ready to talk once you both do you like to hear what the other person has to say so it can stregthen your commuication
If it's a serious one you'd sleep in seperate rooms either you sleep in the guest room or ethan would and you two would make up the day after even though you'd both be slightly pissed at one another
