Morning After

The sun shone through the windows onto the couple that was sleeping unaware that chaos was approaching them. The soft patter of feet came to the door and opened it before eyeing her targets. She took a running start and jumped on the unsuspecting couple.

"Morning mama. Morning Senku," said the soft voice of Lapis. I opened my eyes to see my baby girl sitting on a groaning Senku. He had taken a direct hit when she jumped on us. I smiled as he grabbed Lapis and hugged her good morning.

"Good morning my little mericle," I said.

"Good morning mini-lioness," Said Senku, grinning at the look I gave him.  I sighed before hearing a yelp from Senku. I looked over at him only to see Lapis tugging on his hair. I giggled leaning over to grab Lapis off of Senku. I heard a sigh of relief as I held Lapis in my arms. Then I felt his arms encircle my waiste as I was pulled into a broad chest.

"Good morning Lioness~." Senku said in a gravelly filled with the remains of sleep. I leaned back against him with Lapis in my lap.

"Good morning Senku," I said happily. We sat there for a few minutes just enjoying the peaceful morning.

"Mama I'm hungry!" Said Lapis wide awake. I smiled down at her before attempting to get up. Senku apparently didn't want to let me up yet because his arms tightened around my waist.

"Senku, you need to let go," I said calmly. He grunted before burying his face into the nape of my neck. I couldn't help but shiver feeling his breath on the delicate skin of my neck.

"What if I don't want to," the male said, his lips gliding gently against my neck. I squeaked at the butterfly kisses he was raining on my neck.

"Senku come on, we got to get ready for the day," I said, trying not to let him see how much he has affected me, especially in front of Lapis. The scientist grumbled but let me go. I stood up and carried Lapis to her room. I set her down and grabbed some clothing that Ruri-nee had left for her. I grabbed a pink dress with yellow flowers on it and a white ribbon for her hair. After dressing her and braiding her hair with the ribbon and then she was ready. I smiled at how cute my daughter looked before letting her play with her stuffies while I changed. I went back to senkus room only to see that Senku was still laying in bed. He looked like he was asleep so I waved my hand in front of his face to make sure. There was no response so I decided to go get my clothing for the day. In the closet I found a white sundress with little blue and purple butterflies on it. I looked back at the male to make sure he was asleep before taking off my nightgown and putting on my bra and the sundress.  I grabbed the white lace ribbon and decided to braid my hair as well. Once I was finished I turned around only to see blood red eyes locked on my form with a sly grin and red ears. I flushed realizing that he must have been fake sleeping.

"How long have you been watching me?" was all I asked embarrassed. His grin widened before he sat up, not even bothering to hide his reaction to me. I blushed at his shamelessness and turned around trying to hide.

Senku's P.O.V.

*Five minutes earlier*

I had watched my lioness and the mini-lioness leave the room, and decided to lay down and relax for a few minutes. Soon I heard Kohaku coming and decided to pretend to sleep to see if she would come lay down with me. She walked right past me to the closet before looking around. I was still fake sleeping when she decided to look for clothing for the day. I had expected her to go change in the bathroom and was surprised when she started changing in front of me. I felt my face turn red as my hormones started raging at the sight of her gorgeous self. 'My lioness is such a tease even if it's unintentional' I thought unable to take my eyes off of her. I watched as she finished before looking behind her. 'Oh shit' I thought as she caught me watching. She turned red as she realized that I was awake the whole time she was changing.
