A Few Week's Later

~3rd P.O.V. ~

It had been a few weeks of hard work and fun as everyone settled into the grove of working with Lapis. Senku had been on the look out for a man with the description that Kohaku had given. Senku had got Gin to draw a sketch of the man. He had even gotten to making the weapon that Kohaku had commissioned him to make. It was a cold day the wind was whipping and snow fell rapidly. The weather was bad enough that everyone was staying inside, though that didn't stop the main group from continuing to work on the needed inventions for the stone war. The war was three weeks away and the kingdom of science was doing some back up plans.

It was currently a beautiful winter morning with the village adorn in a new layer of fluffy snow. Children ran around full of energy and delight making snow angels and snowmen. All winter games that somehow survived 3700 years. It made a certain scientist smile at the few traditions that managed to survive in the stone world. Senku was currently more focused on the mother and daughter playing in the snow. The joy in their eyes made them look even more beautiful to the red eyed male. The little girl turned to look at him and smiled.
"Senku! Come play with us!" Lapis exclaimed with a bright smile. The man's smile widened before he walked over to join them.

~Gen's P.O.V.~

I watched as Senku-chan actually joined in the fun in the snow. I couldn't help but grin at the power that little girl had over the leader of the kingdom of science. The only other person who got him to do things like that was the little girls mother. 'Looks like he can't say no to certain blondes with gem like eyes.' He grinned. 'He's been looking at Kohaku-chan in a different way recently too. But what should I do to get them together?'  He thought with a contemplating look wondering if it would be worth it to turn the duos wrath on to him when he got an idea. An awful idea but it was bound to work.
"It just might work," I muttered to myself before walking around to look for someone to use in my plan. I noticed Chrome talking with Ruri, Ginro and Kinro sparing while Magma gave pointers. I went to Chrome to talk to him and Ruri first. I needed help with this plan.
"Hey Ruri-chan Chrome-chan I have something to talk to you both about," I asked. They looked at me and then each other.
"What do you need to talk to us about Gen-san," Asked Ruri serenely I smiled before launching into my plan.
"Ok I want to get Senku-chan and Kohaku-chan together. I already asked Lapis-chan for her thoughts on it. I want to make," I was cut off by Chrome.
"Gen thats a BAD idea Kohaku and Senku will kill you,"Chrome exclaimed looking worried.
"I think what Chrome means is that Kohaku had some past trauma that might make this hard. Besides Senku has never shown any interest in romance or relationships outside of friendships. How do you expect to get them together?" She asked simply. I arched and eyebrow before starting where I had been cut off.
"As I was saying I have noticed that Senku-chan has been more attentive to Kohaku-chan since they went to reatrive Lapis-chan. Lapis told me that Senku-chan and Kohaku-chan slept in the same bed that night. And Senku-chan really has taken to Lapis-chan almost like a father with his daughter. He dolts on her and I haven't ever seen him deny her. If anything Kohaku has to cut in to the conversation to say no," I explained vividly.
"You know I have seen how attentive Senku is with Lapis, but I didn't know the other stuff," said Chrome. Ruri nodded with a smile.
"I know that Kohaku loves Senku and has for a while, but I never was around Senku enough to find out if he felt the same. Though I have also noticed how attentive Senku is to Lapis," Said Ruri.
"Okay but who are you gonna use in your plan. I certainly won't try my luck with Kohaku,"Said Chrome worriedly. I laughed at the thought.
"They would never fall for that Chrome. I was actually thinking someone who was strong enough to survive," I said with a slimy smile.

~Chrome's P.O.V.~

I had a bad feeling about this plan of Gen's. I just know that this is not gonna end well for us. I know that Senku will know that I was aware of the plan and will punish us with more hellish work as punishment.
"You know Gen this might not be the best idea. If either Senku or Kohaku finds out this will be bad. Hell if they both find out at the same time there will be hell to pay for us," I explained min fear.
"You know Chrome might be right," Said Ruri before pausing. "But at the same time I think they would be a good couple. So i'm in Gen-san," She said with a smile. I slumped over in defeat before nodding in agreement.
"I'll agree but if they find out I knew nothing got it," I said. Gen smiled before asking.
"So it seems like we should confirm that Senku-chan is a normal human with feelings of love and affection. Then we will run the plan ok," He asked calmly. I thought about it before nodding.
"Ok so it's settled, but how do we find out if Senku has feelings for Kohaku?" He asked.  I looked thoughtful before making a suggestion.
"What about Kinro no one would expect it so," I trailed off. I couldn't help but gape in shock as I watched Magma walking towards the small family.
