"Let us toast team Z's victory in our second game. Cheers!"

"Cheers!" Everyone said, celebrating their victory as everyone steals a piece of meat.

"I missed you, meat! So good!" The monk exclaimed.

"This is the heavenly taste of victory!" Imamura said, tearing up

Everyone except for a certain pink hair was celebrating the victory of Team Z. They were all enjoying their time, eating food completely unaware of the upcoming game. But oh well.

. . .

Isagi's POV:

'I'm too psyched to go to sleep!' I mentally shouted, getting up from bed.

'It was me who won the game for us, wasn't it? With my goal.'

'It was me who crushed them.'

'It felt so good.' I stand up, exiting the room.

'I can't put it into words. It was like nothing I've ever experienced.'

'Wait, does that make me a jerk?' I thought, entering another room.

Back to your POV:

"N/n? Chigiri?" You heard from behind, turning to see who he is.

"Isagi!"

"Isagi."

You both said in unison.

"What are you doing here?" Chigiri asked.

"Oh, I couldn't sleep, so I came to watch the game footage." Isagi scratched his cheek.

"What about you two?"

"We couldn't sleep either. So I was watching your goal. Y/n tagged along with me." The pink-haired boy replied.

"huh?" Isagi whispered, blushing a bit.

"It's no wonder you can't fall asleep from that goal."

"As a striker, It must be a glorious moment," Chigiri said, while you felt drowsy, falling asleep on his shoulders.

"Yeah, it was like...

A goal I could've never scored if I hadn't come to blue lock. A score if I hadn't met N/n." He said, looking at your sleeping figure while his eyes softened.

"I'll always remember this goal." He slowly approaches you two while sitting beside you.

"But I couldn't do it again, even if someone told me to. I just ran without thinking."

"I believe you have a very keep spatial awareness."

"Hm? what?"

"Most players judge a situation based on what they see in their direct field of vision. And that field of vision gets smaller when running at top speed or dribbling."

"But on occasion,

You play like you can see the whole field and everything that's happening on it."

"Kind of like you're a god looking down from above."

"That skill helped you "smell" a goal, avert a crisis, and made an impossible goal a reality." He explained while Isagi was deep in thought.

"You're only doing it intuitively right now, so if you can learn to do it intentionally, your eyes and brain will be like a weapon of no other. That's what I was thinking while watching the video." He said while Isagi smiled.

"Oh, I get it now. Thanks, Chigiri. You just gave me a great pointer."

"You're actually a nice guy, even if you're always frowning."
