both Shuji and the girl were mad.

"Shut the hell up, Y/n is probably tired of your horrid voice!" The girl said. Despite the sweet tone both Shuji and the girl used when they insulted each other, it was anything but sweet. "I wasn't talking to you bitch. Me AND Y/n have to get back to school anyways..so back off." Shuji replied while wrapping his hand around your wrist. "Let me walk you guys back, I'm sure Y/n would rather me be here than you." The girl countered and grabbed your other wrist. "What is your name anyways?" You asked and tried tugging your hands away from them. "I don't want you to know that yet, just call me Valentine, cause I can be your valentines any year!" She winked at you and made a peace sign. "That was so fucking corny." Shuji commented while snickering.

"Like you could do better?"

"I could."

Shuji wrapped a hand around your waist, "your eyes are like clouds for even when they fill with sorrow and drown the land, they paint the sky with unimaginable beauty." You laughed nervously, it was corny but still made you nervous due to how close he was. "Did you steal that from someone?" Valentine pressed and furrowed her brows. "Shut the hell up, it's obvious Y/n likes me more."

"I love you both."

"You just met her and you already love her just as much?"

"I just met you too Shuji, idiot."

"What is wrong with you both!" You yelled, tired of their arguing. Valentine had thrown a large stick at Shuji because he was holding your hand. Shuji cussed her out, and now here you were. Scolding them both while Valentine gave you puppy eyes and Shuji looked at the ground.

"Me and Shuji HAVE to get back to school. Whether you like it or not. And stop cussing her out! I swear.." You whisper yelled to them. Shuji gave Valentine a smug smirk. She kicked him in the shin and gave you a hug. "Awe..Mk! Meet me here again tomorrow, same time." She demanded and squished your cheeks. "Oh-! Uhm, okay?" You replied while looking over at Shuji.

He was rolling his eyes at Valentine before realizing you were looking. Shuji's gaze softened when he noticed you were looking at him. "Yeah yeah, whatever! Let's go." Shuji demanded and pulled you out of her grasp. "Awe..bye y/n!!!" Valentine yelled out as Shuji pulled you further and further from her and closer to the school. Her voice faded from your ears and was covered by Shuji's whining.

"Why did we have to stay with her for so long? This was supposed to be just you and me." Shuji commented and sped up his walking. "Slow down dude! And I think she was pretty cool." You replied while snickering. "Yeah well, I didn't like it. Don't do that again, idiot." Shuji countered. Recently, his insults have gotten softer. Or towards you at least. "What? Were you jelly?" You said while wiggling your eyebrows at him.

"No! You're not even that cute."

"Yeah I am."

"You're right, you're adorable."

"WHAT?"

"Whatever it doesn't matter what you just called me, you're still J E L L Y."
